This company waited until the day of the concert to inform me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled. The tickets were purchased well in advance of the event. I should have been notified well before the day of the event of any issues. This was negligent and completely unacceptable.

Update after reply from vendor:
I’m giving back one star because you took the time to respond. I appreciate how hard it is to run a business these days.
That being said, here’s what I did after finding out my tickets in row C middle were vapor. I went to the venue website and bought 2 tickets at the back of the theater. It took me 15 minutes to complete. Worse seats by far but I saved my evening (dinner and concert with my wife). Not sure what your team did to find tickets but I assume you were looking for equal value seats, coming up empty. Had you said to me on the phone “Bruce, we can get 2 at the back and will comp them for your trouble” I likely would have given you 4 or 5 stars.
There were quite a few open seats near stage so I’d suggest your industry has a credibility issue around guaranteeing seats. In the end I saved my evening but am still not happy you had use of my money for 4 months and couldn’t deliver. Next time I will skip resellers and go my deal with venues where possible.
Again, I appreciate the role resellers play and this is not life or death. I can be a bit direct when upset and hope I wasn’t too snippy on the phone.

I paid a few hundred dollars several months ago for 2 tickets to a show and literally 7 hours before the show I’m informed my tickets don’t exist. Why would I ever use you again? We both know the answer to that. No gold ribbons for giving my money back.

Never got my E tickets and this morning I thankfully got a full refund. After some anxious hours we located tickets for tonight’s concert so all is well. Whew!
