They DO NOT respond to support…
They DO NOT respond to support questions. They take your money, and if you have an issue, your money is gone and you can go to hell. They have a cute little "chat" on their website, all it does is ask you to register your email address so they can get back to you and then they ignore you forever. You can send an email, that gets ignored too.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

We used these for a recent wedding and everyone complimented how great the albums were! The customer service team were also really helpful with support.
