Absolutely…. Best in Show!

I’ve worked with Eventcube for over 10 years… they’ve always been supportive and innovative and made us feel like our custom really matters. Whilst it didn’t feel necessary, they’ve actually made even more improvements recently that has taken them to the next level…. absolutely couldn’t imagine working with any other ticket provider.

Avoid these scammers

Booked event, headline acts and all other acts promoted months in a advance. 3 days before event the main headline act is changed to the day after. Contacted customer services and they responded with its not our fault. How can you not know the headline act is not performing on the date stated. Hotel booked, transport booked, tickets booked.....waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!!

Hi, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're really sorry to hear about your experience.

To clarify, Eventcube is the ticketing platform used by event organisers to manage ticket sales. While we power the technology behind the ticket store, we don’t run or promote the events ourselves. Decisions around logistics, communications, and refunds are handled directly by the organisers, as our platform is designed to give them full control over their events, pricing, and transactions.

Signed up to test out the ticketing system but unable to delete my information now. There is nowhere to do this.

Hidden Fees Galoure

Booked tickets through Eventcube and to my absolute horror see that add nearly 20% on in fees. They do this by making you select individual tickets, each with its own fee attached, the add on tickets for on the day addition attractions come with a fee. Family of 5 I day event purchased at the same time in October priced at just £75 ends up at £90 with eventcubes fees. Reached out to them to be told "yea things cost money"

Hi there, thanks for your review and for your comments.
I notice that your review relates to a particular event as opposed to the actual Eventcube software.
If so you'll note from our website that we are actually just Software as a Service (SaaS) that event organisers use in order to facilitate the sale of their tickets.
Eventcube is just the ticketing and registration platform and does not set the price of the tickets or indeed the booking fees that you refer to.
For any issues or feedback on booking fees or ticket prices please contact the organisers directly.
