I had a very poor experience with Eventcube. I paid for a ticket for an event that, based on my experience, did not take place as advertised, and I did not receive a refund.

When I contacted a team member named Karanrai about the issue, I found his communication disrespectful and inappropriate, including the use of abusive language.

I still have not received my refund. This was extremely disappointing, especially when I was simply trying to resolve an issue regarding a ticket I had paid for.

Eventcube should investigate this incident and review the conduct of the team member involved.

I’ve worked with Eventcube for over 10 years… they’ve always been supportive and innovative and made us feel like our custom really matters. Whilst it didn’t feel necessary, they’ve actually made even more improvements recently that has taken them to the next level…. absolutely couldn’t imagine working with any other ticket provider.

Booked event, headline acts and all other acts promoted months in a advance. 3 days before event the main headline act is changed to the day after. Contacted customer services and they responded with its not our fault. How can you not know the headline act is not performing on the date stated. Hotel booked, transport booked, tickets booked.....waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!!

Signed up to test out the ticketing system but unable to delete my information now. There is nowhere to do this.

Amazing app for selling tickets, fast payments with Stripe with no hidden fees taken off sales. I’ve used this to host a few events and I defo recommended

Booked tickets through Eventcube and to my absolute horror see that add nearly 20% on in fees. They do this by making you select individual tickets, each with its own fee attached, the add on tickets for on the day addition attractions come with a fee. Family of 5 I day event purchased at the same time in October priced at just £75 ends up at £90 with eventcubes fees. Reached out to them to be told "yea things cost money"

Eventcube makes putting events online really quick and hassle free. The site is easy to navigate and there is always someone online to sort out any queries.

Great company. Always helpful when we had any problems.
