Hello I I bought a stroller for my daughter for her baby shower, which was in January. She used it from April. that's when she's had the baby. Now we've have a problem with the front wheel pivoting. And you can't go straight forward. I Wrote Email the company my daughter's Has written email and the lady that responds or the man is very rude. First, we were told to take the stroller in the box and return it, so our problem is okay if we return it. How do we move the baby around? Because the car seat does come with the Stroller the customer service has been the worst trying to solve this problem

Car seat replacement with customer service

We had bought a brand new revolve360 car seat. Within a month, somehow a mouse got into our car and chewed up the straps. I had call their CS to see if there was any sort of warranty. There wasn't for this situation. But they offered to give me a discount to buy a new one. She put me on hold while she figured out what kind of discount she could give us. Long story short, they sent us a replacement for just the cost of shipping. I was so happy I could cry as we just moved and had no money left over for a $400 seat.
Got the seat about a week later and they had actually upgraded us from the OG revolve360 to the Extend!
Evenflo will forever be our new go to baby brand and will always recommend them to everyone. I can not thank their CS enough for helping us out. It was such a blessing I wasn't expecting.

Evenflo makes returns incredibly hard- not worth it

If you want to be able to easily return something, don’t purchase a product directly from evenflo.com. It says you need to contact them for returns instructions but then their call line is always closed during call times. This is extremely frustrating when you have a baby due any day and don’t want to purchase a new stroller until you have instructions for returning the other

Worst costumer service ever

Worst costumer service ever. My wife order wrong stroller on weekend. I tried to contact them by e-mail to request cancel the order because they close on weekend, understandable. So I call them on Monday, I was speaking to the lady and I told her I wanted to cancel the order. She told me that she can’t do anything because the order can only modify in 90minutes (BS). She told me I can refuse the package or call FedEx to cancel. I called FedEx they told me only shipper can able to cancel so I called them back to ask them to call FedEx and she told me that I can just call them to cancel and she told me to refuse the order. I told her I’m not at home during that time. Instead she call FedEx to cancel she want me to do return to the FedEx office which is I don’t have time for that.
Why don’t they just call FedEx to cancel so the problem will be solve not making everything harder.To be honest I like their products but not the costumer service. I will still order their product but not through their website which is a trash.

10 days later and FedEx hasn’t even received my order…

I ordered a baby gate for my baby in early/mid December. The label was created December 14th. I haven’t been hounding over it getting here cause Christmas shipping is pretty wild, so I wasn’t freaking out about it. The label was created and shipping is quoted as 5-7 business days. There was absolutely no update to my shipping tracking (which I’ve seen happen, so again not alarmed) but now that it’s Christmas Eve and still not here, I finally reached out to FedEx to see if it’s close and just not updating in their system and they haven’t even received the package from EvenFlo… and of course they’re closed today, so I won’t even hear the pathetic excuse for why they haven’t even bothered to get my order out to FedEx until after Christmas. It was technically a Christmas “present”, but for a baby, so I don’t care about that. But warning anyone who may need an item in a timely manner that you need to be constantly checking in with them in case they just decide to also not even ship out your order for 10 whole days…..

Finally decided to phone for help from the company an inform them maybe this feature need to be readdressed for safety. Got told my daughter is at the age to listen. The second hung up on me when I got upset that I was told this was mine an my daughter problem.

Horrible customer service and unsafe car seats

Not only is their customer service AWFUL but the car seat I bought is so unsafe. My 17 month old daughter can unbuckle the seatbelt and the app that is supposed to tell you if it comes unbuckled didn’t even notify me, which that’s the whole purpose of the app is it not?! Not only that but how crappy of a carseat buckle can be undone THAT easily?! That is not safe whatsoever! Also her leg always gets stuck in the side plastic piece making her scream at the top of her lungs, that has happened a few times and I literally have to pull over to get it unstuck. If I didn’t notice my daughter unbuckled the carseat as we were driving she could have gotten extremely injured or even worse had I gotten into an accident yet I still haven’t heard back from them about my situation. I am so disappointed with this company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Takes days and multiple emails to get a response. Purchased a car seat but an incorrect shipping address was put it in (my error) Tried to change this before it was shipped out and because of very poor customer service was unable to. Also tried to cancel order prior to shipping and they wouldn't allow that. Waited for days for the tracking number and carrier info. Didn't get that until after it was delivered. I had to go to the old address and pick up item. Now I'm trying to return it and still they haven't responded. I will never buy anything from them again.

Really bad experience with evenflo

Really bad experience with evenflo, was planning to buy another car seat and stroller but definitely won’t buy it. I got a car seat with stroller on my baby shower, was just using the car seat for my baby and when I took the toddler seat with the stroller there were damages, call them to get at least the parts and they said I have to pay for the toddler seat if they have it and and for the stroller they will send me the replacement for $40 the shipping what a expensive shipping!!! But it’s ok I have lots of other brands to chose from!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. The customer service representative was rude and no help at all. Tried to cancel my order many times but after shipping the order the customer service representative contacted me about not receiving my cancellation email due to high volume of emails she get. The company as big as evenflo has only 1 customer service representative??!!

Worse Customer Service

I have never experienced such horrible service. I purchased $800 worth of evenflo products for a baby shower on December 8, I ordered this in a timely manner as many products get shipped in at least 6-10 business days. No where on the site did it say “due to high volume your order may be delayed.” Most websites clearly state that when their products are in such high demand, evenflo website did not have any of this.
Anyways, two weeks passed so I decide to check my order status. Well turns out my order cannot be found. I contact customer service and they stated without an account created at checkout I could not view my order status. She proceeded to tell me that my order was “in process”. I said okay and patiently waited for that email as to when my order was being shipped.
A week and half later I contacted again, waited 45 min to get to an actual representative all for her to tell me that she and her manager were looking into it and they would need to call me back. I thought well if the manager is also looking into it then this is a good sign right?
Yea, was I wrong. She stated she would call me that day, it’s been TWO DAYS and I also get an email stating “my case has been closed because it was resolved!!!” Now I must get on the phone AGAIN to see what the issue is. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY PRODUCT, EVER!!! If this wasn’t a gift I’d cancel my order!! I’m definitely headed in that direction and thinking about going straight through Amazon.

I really like this carseat

I really like this carseat. This is my second infant carrier and it has really impressed me. It is light weight, nice cool material. Very well padded for newborns and infants. My son loves to sleep in this car seat - even more so than his crib or bouncer seat. It seems to be the most comfortable for him to sleep in that we even place him in it in the house to help him fall alseep. Very easy to use and set up, strap in and install in any vehicle. We have used it both ways with the latch system and the seatbelt strap in the car and it is easy to install both ways. Also fits universally with an older style stroller that I have. All in all I would purchase this seat again and recommend it to anyone looking for an infant carrier.

Love the feel of the stroller
