Good customer service, very speedy and competitive
I previously posted a less than enthusiastic review which was possibly unfair. An error was made in the colour of the box I received and, because I'd already booked an electrician to instal the car charger, I didn't contact Evbug to sort it out. However, they saw my review and contacted me to say they'll send me a cover in the original colour that I can just swap out. That's customer service!
I'm pleased I bought from Evbug - the price was the most competitive I could find, most suppliers only had the charger in black, and delivery was super speedy.

Great charger shipped fast
Great product, shipped promptly. Ordered Friday evening here on Tuesday morning. My electrician has just finished installing my new charger and my EV is happily charging on the drive.

Charger but no installation
Ordered my EV charger and asked for installation. Charger arrived the next day. However the company was supposed to organise the installation. This they did not do. They did not pass all the information and pictures I provided to any installers as they say they will. When I phoned they said "...well we are based in Devon so get other installers to do out of area." In a nutshell they were not interested. I got cut off and trued a number of times to reach them with on luck. It seems they didn't really care about installation once they had the EV charger sale. So I have had to find my own local installers to give me quotes. Not really a good service as advertised.

Got a call from the seller, they had issues with the system and the internet and I will receive the charger on Friday as promised by him.

Order placed with no confirmation
I placed an order yesterday night for EV Charger and paid using Paypal. I didn't register but just bought it. The money has been deducted but I don't have any confirmation email neither I have any order ID from them. I called them but it went to voicemail.

Paypal says the money has gone to BradleyLighting ltd. When I found a whatsapp number on BradleyLighting it belongs to a different company altogether.
I am doubting if this is fraud website or what

The parcel arrived quickly however the product box and additional item were simply put in a large box without any additional packaging material. This was a >£500 purchase!
