My grandmother repeatedly called after cancelling products
My grandmother, who is in her 90's, purchased some of the products from Eva Universal 12 to 18 months ago which were making her feel sick. She was paying around $600.00 AUD a month until our family realised and asked the company to stop these purchases 8 months ago. They then have called her again, signed her up and now she is receiving these products again. We have called the company representatives in Australia to have the products stopped again! and return the current purchase and the rep has tried to say that the products cannot be returned. After reading out their statement saying it could within 30 days, they said it will need to be returned to the UK. We said that was fine, then they came back and said we could keep the products, and they will reimburse her half, we said no. It is quite clearly a scam targeting the older population and ring constantly after the fact. Do NOT use this company.
