They do not deserve even one star. They are running a complete scam. They lure customers with reels and stories on Instagram and posts on Facebook and send fake , extremely low quality products. They do not revert on any calls or messages after taking money and do not let you exchange or return. They even block you when you comment and review them. A complete waste of money and energy. Do not buy anything from here and save yourself.

Fraud company. No customer support
I have bought a dress from eva trends , when it delivered . It looks cheap material so I want to return this. But when I am calling to customer care noone is picking my call even I have emailed them also. But no response
Terrible experience
I have used Eva Trends in the past and there were no issues at all.
However, this time has been a nightmare. I have no idea why my order was so difficult to receive. I had first ordered two pairs of dungarees. The first pair was great and as ordered but the second pair came in a large when I had asked for a medium. I tried them on but they were far too big so contacted the store and said the wrong size was sent. Their response was that it is a free size when the size I ordered was a medium and clearly said on the tag large.
They then offered me another pair of dungarees to choose which I thought happy days, thanks very much. Communication wasn't great but they got sent out in the end. Then the dungarees arrived; again not what I ordered, a size large yet again and a completely different pair to what I asked for. i contacted Eva Trends again and they said again that they are a free size and that the L on the dungarees don't mean large when infact you can order smaller sizes online and yet again I had ordered a medium. If they would have been a nice pair and the right size despite not being the ones I ordered then I would have kept them but they were huge and not a nice looking pair of dungarees.
In the end I asked for a refund which I received and their response was "I think you need a small* even though I was told they are a free size. They ended the email with a weird statement "And for the dungarees, pls give it to your friends or family member who can wear them, or you can donate them to the needed people."
Very disappointing service and won't be recommending or using again

Interesting designs and fabrics. The dress that arrived looked exactly as it did on the website and the fabric was much nicer than expected. Sewn well too. Happy.
Items arrived quickly as described
I bought two dresses from Eva Trends, my first purchase although I know someone who ordered from them before. I wrote first to confirm what size I should get since these two dresses have a generous silhouette, I didn't know if I should get a smaller size. They wrote back within a day (on a Saturday) and I ordered the size as advised.
Items arrived in 2 weeks (shipped to Europe) and are just as described. They fit and all is well, will order again.
Absolute scam, lost all my money
Instead.of 3 robes, I only got 2, and they were made of polyester even though the description said 100% viscose. When I wanted to return it, they gave me an address that was a postbox in the USA. After over a year, my package is still at the postbox, and never got my hundred bucks back. What a scam!
I tried to resolve it with them first, but they just stalled and lied.

Rip off merchants
Same as every one else is saying. I got my first one then no more. Same e.mails saying be patient. My Daughter has also been ripped off. Whenever I see them advertised I will advise people DO NOT BUY. You can't get through to them now.

I have only given them one star as it was not an option to give them zero. Avoid them at all cost! I ordered two bags in February to use on a holiday in March. There is still no sign of the bags just numerous emails telling me to be patient and that they will arrive ‘early next week’. So far ‘next week’ hasn’t arrived. I have emailed Monica at the ‘Happiness team’ numerous times pointing out that I am not Happy but still no delivery!!!🤣😭🤣😭 The tracking no is non existent by the way!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order from a Facebook ad (I am regretting doing that) for bags and on March 2, 2023 I received a shipping tracking number. Well, here it is 2 months later, I still have not received it. I was emailing them and someone by the name of Monica would respond and I was going back and forth with her and she kept telling me I should receive my order soon. As of today, I tried emailing them and my email got sent back. They took my money and ran. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered a bag 11 Feb 2023 5 emails later, still no bag. It was Evafashion buy one get one free. £24.99. I have had emails back saying its in transit. All emails are word for word the same. Its not looking looking good.

It seems there is another website with a similar name called evaafashion.com. When you search for the company it leads you to this website instead. So it is evaafashion.com that you need to avoid NOT evatrends

What went wrong .... ordered 2 travel bags 2nd Feb . Many emails later I am still waiting as of April 1st to receive them. Money was taken from bank immediately on ordering. No refund, no replacement. Plenty of excuses on packers, shipping handlers and tracking etc. Maybe next year !!!!!
