Item was well priced, arrived in 2 business days after order - only thing I would say is that an email saying the item was being delivered would have been appreciated.

New Monitor for Home Working
I needed a new monitor for home working but struggled to find the one I wanted at a decent price or even in stock! However, Evaris met both these criteria with the added bonus of next day delivery. Unfortunately the first monitor got damaged in transit but the absolutely amazing Samantha Dyson in their Customer Services department dealt with this incredibly promptly while constantly informing me of what was going on and arranging for the damaged monitor to be picked up while sending out a replacement - she went above and beyond in dealing with this. I would recommend Evaris in the blink of an eye - great service, great prices and the all important next day delivery for when you really can't wait for your new bit of tech! :)

Ordered a Synology NAS
Ordered a Synology NAS, cheaper that any other source I could find, and delivered next day. Brilliant service. As I ordered a diskless system, then even made a courtesy phone call to make sure I had ordered correctly.

Don't trust the pictures they post & follow up quickly on any orders. I saw what I needed, put in an order and heard nothing. Followed up and was told to use another email account, heard nothing, finally got in touch with someone in late January who actually took an interest and got the delivery completed. Only to find that it was not what I wanted and did not match the original picture. Since then the picture is not on the website and I now have goods I cannot use. Be wary, chase them and confirm what you are ordering.

With over 15,000 products on our website, we have to rely on a third party provider to supply our product photos. Whilst they're accurate most of the time, there are a small number of products where the photos are either out of date or don't depict the product in question accurately. For this reason we have a note underneath all our product photos to notify customers about this. Our sales team are in touch with you at the moment to see how we can assist you with the goods you need.

Our IT looked into how this happened and identified a setting within our ecommerce platform that had reset to an incorrect default value. This has now been rectified. I trust the goods arrived safely and hope to be of service again in the future.
