From ordering to delivery 1st class
From ordering to delivery 1st class. Then the customer is on there own-if they can't understand the workings of computers and what all the questions mean then just plug the machine in and if it doesn't work keep rebooting. My machine does the printing and copying but all the fancy bells and whistles don't work. The solution just accept the status quo and not being trained in technology means you can't use all the facilities on the printer. Its a natural development of working shopping and communicating on the web.

Mac and printer problems resolved.
My Mac wouldn’t shut down and nor would the printer work. Lewis was most helpful. He went onto my Mac remotely and sorted out the problem (which stemmed from the router). Within twenty minutes of making the call, Lewis has me up and running again. Excellent service!
