Hope this serves as a lesson to anyone out there this company does not work in a timely fashion Basically your payment stays in limbo until they decide they want to give you information on your order once YOU take action they magically complete your order when you try to re-order they sell your order

This review is made up of completely false statements, we have assisted Christian as much as we possibly could since he initially made an order with us.
Christian, we have been more than fair to you since your initial order with us, and since you opened a Paypal case against us with no warning or reason (we build custom parts that almost all incur a lead time, this is stated on our info page). We settled your paypal case (giving you a full refund) as you were unwilling to cancel it, and then we both agreed that you would re-order the kit, and we would then ship out your ready order in 24 hours.
We gave you initially 7 days to do this, and you have done nothing other than send one email saying that paypal wasn't allowing you to pay. This is unfortunately out of our control. We have held your full order here, boxed up and ready to go now for far longer than this time period to allow you to complete an order and get your parts without having to wait for them to be fabricated again.
We sell countless kits to the US and around the world, and have never had an order cancelled or paypal dispute raised against us.
We are always more than happy to share the progress on customers orders when asked, but no opportunity was allowed for this before a payal case opened and the money for your order removed from our account.

Great customer service
I ordered the fuel tank raise kit that suggested it was only available in satin black or raw. Cheekily I asked if it was possible to be powder coated old English white to match my air tank. I had a reply from the company stating this wasn't an issue and arrived a couple weeks later looking beautiful and fitted perfectly.
