Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I recently ordered from this website, and what followed was honestly frustrating and unacceptable. I simply requested an exchange for a different size of the SAME product — clearly showing I liked the item and wanted to keep it. But the request was outright denied with zero flexibility.

What’s worse is that their website heavily promotes “easy returns,” which feels completely misleading. When it actually came to handling a real situation, there was no support, no understanding — just a blunt “it cannot be done.”

Instead of offering a basic size exchange, I was told to ALTER the kurti myself. That’s not a solution — especially when the product itself has very little margin for alteration.

This reflects poor customer handling, rigid policies, and honestly, disappointing business ethics. A simple request from a new customer was ignored, and my money has effectively gone to waste.

If fundamental concerns like size exchange cannot be handled, it raises serious questions about customer commitment.

Sharing this so others are aware before purchasing.

Incontinence pants

Incontinence pants - very limited possibilty of absorbtion from what I can see, and not made of cotton, they are polyester and in a bag with Chinese labelling. A complete waste of money. Plus I looked at the site and they unbeknown to me processed an order (11.10.25) for $79.99 pairs in XS, I went back to the site on 13/10/25 and ordered what I wanted which was 4XL in black $79.99. The first order which I did not check out although I started to put details in has arrived mixed colours in size XS - total waste of money and because they use shopify they were able to take payment from my name and address. I only found they had processed two orders from my bank statement as their emails went to junk. I am still waiting for my actual order however I cannot imagine these will be cotton nor will they have any absorbency above that required for minor days of a period which the delivered ones seem to have. Needless to say no phone number to contact them on in the UK.

Kurti

Very very expensive. A 200 worth kurthi was sold for 599+49 shipping. The cloth was also not great. I though it would be very good quality but no.
