Good product, and the service could be better

Ordered a carbon fiber hood for Model 3. nowhere on site does it say 6-8 week lead time. They have not shipped product but they charged my credit card and I have since had to pay that credit card bill. They provide no follow up. They will not allow you to speak to the owner. That's it . . I'm done with these guys. They don't really care about customers

Had ordered an installed a Tesla Mod X front license plate holder. Had a slight problem with the mounting, since the plastic surface of the front grill cowling might not be level on all cars . Called them to explain, and they took great care of me, to make me a happy customer. I suggested a slight modification to the mounting method, which they will take under consideration. Appreciate that they have good accessories for our cars, beyond what Tesla offers themselves.

Truly 5 star. Before I ordered the Model 3 pneumatic trunk lifters, I watched video installment instructions, examined my Model 3 to be sure I understood everything. I received the lifters Friday at 12:35pm. Read the instructions, got the two screwdrivers and a 4 foot board and went to work at 12:47pm. At 12:53pm I closed the trunk lid. Job completed. Everything was exactly what one should always expect. Best service and product quality, bar none. Keep up the good work, Evannex!

Terrible.
Charged me 320+ dollars
I waited over a month - nothing.
6 weeks later DHL contact me. I pay some tax … nothing arrives.
I contacted evannex, politely - without speaking to me they refund me but refuse to refund delivery (for items never delivered) and I have to chase dhl for the tax back.
They claim I refused to pay dhl, even after sending them DHL’s receipt proving I had paid them. Disgusting behaviour.

Purchased wheel bands for my Tesla and not even a week went by before one of them came completely off. I sent them an email to request a replacement and they don't replace, I would have to pay for another wheel band. Why would I do that if the first one didn't work. They really should back their product.

Evannex.com has high quality Tesla aftermarket products and fantastic customer service. For my S, I’ve purchased the dashboard, all weather mats and a bunch of little aftermarket upgrades. Lots of compliments!

I purchased a trunk applique for my Model Y which I was very happy with. The applique had a defect once applied. I contacted Evannex, explained the situation, sent pictures and spoke to customer service. Bottom line is they were exceptionally helpful. I spoke with Eric, who explained the warranty and asked to send pics. Upon receipt of the pics, Evannex provided a full replacement of the part. I was happy with the ease in contacting the company, the customer service they provided, the quality and appearance of the part I ordered, and ultimately the satisfaction of the issue I had. I will be ordering from them again. My experience with Evannex was so much better than most experiences I've had with online retailers, especially when there was a problem.

I bought recently a CCI , with price of 580$ + 63$ shipping to Belgium. And then it started the nightmare : I paid the product, I got confirmation of the shipment and then, surprise : customs tax ( Belgian customs tax is 21% on imported goods ) was almost 1000$!!! Why ? Because Evannex declared a price of the good of 4412$ ( !!!! ) to the shipper ( DHL ) for the same good I buy from them for 580$!!! . Contacted Evannex, what do you think their first response was : I agreed that Evannex is not responsible for paying any import tax, so is not their responsibility. So if they place a 4412$ on the invoice to DHL for a 580$ I have to pay tax of 900$ for a 580$ good!!! Great, nice service, thank you!
In the end , I lost about 5hrs with phones back and forth with DHL to update the good price to 580$ and I finally convince Evannex to at least contact their local DHL representative to discuss this situation.

The console insert was very good, so the Evannex products are worth the money, but does not worth the hassle it could come due to such big mistakes done by them. Especially for people from abroad bying they could have surprises like this. Pitty!

Purchased the pet cargo cover for my Model X. Very cheaply made, and ripped after one use. When I emailed them about my concern, I received this as a response, "...please be advised our product warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage (e.g. tears) incurred after using our products"

Not happy with this response. This cover might work for someone who has a low impact/small dog.

Absolutely terrible customer service and product quality. I ordered a pair of pneumatic trunk lifters for my Tesla Model 3. After 8 months one of the lifts leaked out all of the oil and they stopped lifting the trunk. Contacted Evannex and the VP of Support basically said tough luck, you knew we only give a 90 day warranty. No empathy, no feeling bad they sold a bad product, just arrogance and pride that they only had a 90 day warranty. I've stopped buying any products from Evannex. They're not reputable, and there are plenty of other better alternatives.

Trash company that has check products to offer and good luck if you shipping outside of the US. The cost through their provider DHL will be as much as the items your buying. Crooked company and shipping charges that they end up pocketing

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Might as well throw your money in the toilet than give it to a scummy company like EVANNEX

Horrible customer care. They sent the wrong item, and instead of exchanging it or refunding me they advised me to try and sell it locally because of the high cost of return shipping.

The Evannex easy to install (no bolts) number plate holder is not a good quality. The adhesive comes loose and it can come off easily. It also will cause damage to the car's paint due to movements of the number plate frame.

Bought several of their products to accessorize my Tesla Model 3. Their products are not very durable. Despite closely following directions my wheel bands came off and my charge port skin developed bubbles. Their customer support seems as lacking as well as they don’t seem to care nor stand by their products. They are expensive and you can find cheaper and better quality products from other vendors on amazon.

"We have no control over the shipment once the package leave our facility. " This is the response I got when I contacted Evannex to let them know the product never arrived. They recommended I file a claim with the post office. But I did not choose to use the post office without insurance or without requiring a signature upon delivery. Evannex did. What it boils down to is you send your money and if the product doesn't come, you're out of luck.

I bought a full set of sun blinds for my Tesla Model 3. The blinds were delivered but the delivery of the car was delayed so it was nearly 2 months before I could actually test the blinds. Upon offering them against my vehicle, the blinds were an extremely poor fit, so much so that it would be fair to question whether they were actually the right blinds.

Upon closer inspection of the blinds themselves, their quality was extremely poor and Evannexe's description of them is extremely misleading.

I contacted Evannexe about returning them, who stated that their 30 day return window had now expired, despite mine being an international order that took nearly 30 days to arrive.

All in, their product was crap and their attitude was even worse. Avoid Evannexe like the plague. Amazon and eBay is full of comparable products at a much lower price. I thought I was buying a quality product from a quality company - I was wrong on both accounts!!
