The excellent responsive service I received trouble shooting an issue I was having with building a new RAMs document

John at Evalu-8 is very clear and helpful.
Whatever help or guidance is required ,it is given immediately, and in a friendly way that is easy to understand and follow.
Nothing is too much trouble.

I've been really impressed with the product and services offered by Evalu8. The system is so user friendly, has lots of features that help manage the day to day HR functions and we're just starting to make full use of the RAMS builder. The access to training is also quick and simple to book and good quality which gives us reassurance that help is there when we need it. Overall impressed.

From the initial enquiry the Evalu-8 team have provided an exceptional customer experience. The set up was straight forward and the system is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, what ever our query, it is answered in straight forward language. We are so happy we chose Evalu-8 as our HR software package.

We have been using Evalu8 at our companies HR system for the last 9 months. As our business was growing quickly in employee numbers we needed to centralise all of our employee information and be able to create reports quickly.

Evalu8 has exceeded our expectations, and continues to do so. The training provided by John and Colin has been invaluable, and allowed us to roll out the software to all of our 100 staff within a month.

It continues to grow with us as a business, and surprises us daily with its capabilities. We are in the process of running all out are appraisals through the Evaluation section which has saved so much time and revolutionised the way that we have conducted them this year.

I would no hesitate in recommending this software to any company that wants an intuitive piece of software, where queries and questions are answered quickly and efficiently. Fraser is always a breath of fresh air when directing you to the relevant team member dependant on the query you have.

We have been using Evalu-8 for approx 6 months now and the system saves so much time its untrue. We use it for all documents that require signatures which works brilliant, at the click of a button you can see who has read and signed all the documents including HR and H&S documents.
The RAMS side we find very easy and again saves loads of time. I would totally recommend.

Always receive a very fast and thorough response to my queries. John and Colin are very good at taking my question and providing me with a step by step solution enabling me to make the most of the system we have.
I needed to know how to stop one of my employees being able to approve his own leave and they told me exactly what process to follow. Fast and efficient as always, brilliant service!

Excellent system and excellent support from the team. If you have a query about any element of how it works, you get a response straight away with a detailed account of how to do something. When transferring to the system it was a seamless task as a result of the intuitiveness of the system and excellent help from the Evalu-8 team. As a busy HR professional, to get this level of help is essential and rare.

Recently starting using the system and it is great! I called for some extra support - Josh M was very helpful and talked me through how to make the changes I needed. I even ask a very technical question, which was answered promptly by email.

Robbie was so helpful - the system is so user friendly. Robbie talked me through the holiday issue I had and also talked me through new features that will be save the company so much time. They always listen to us and provide updates based on our requirements.

I signed up with Evalu-8 back in December to test run and we launched in February. I absolutely love the system and the capabilities it has. The support is amazing. If I can't do something or need help working round the system I email and usually get a response within minutes. They are also very open to ideas and improving the system for our individual needs which is a great help. I still have a lot to learn but very impressed so far.

We signed our contract with Evalu-8 last month it only took me 2 weeks to build and learn the system ready for it to be rolled out to our entire company.

No problem is too small for them and they have been supportive throughout. Especially John, who has to receive no end of emails from me, asking how I do something, as I am not the most experienced with tech and systems.

If you are looking for a HR system that manages everything, in an effortless manner and is incredibly user friendly then this is the system for you.

It is also an affordable system, not charging a ridiculous rate like several others.

All feedback from my company has been great and we look forward to uncovering all the features this system has to offer in the coming years.

They have been patient, understanding and not pushy throughout the whole process, understanding that we needed to find the right system for our business and this system is perfect for us! Could not be happier with Evalu-8.

We have been using Evalu-8 for about 6 months now and would highly recommend. As a HR department it has freed up so much time with features such as the holiday booking, letter generation etc . We looked at several other HR systems before closing Evalu-8 and we haven’t regretted it. The onboarding experience was brilliant and nothing is too much for example - we write company letters in a specific font , within half an hour of asking a question about fonts, they added the option to change fonts on the letter generation! Queries are answered quickly and thoroughly. Extremely happy with the product and the service and would highly recommend.

Great support through the onboarding process with Evalu-8. On hand to help anytime I need it and seem to solve any issues I have with ease and very quickly. Top, top service
