Paid on Oct 16 — they never shipped my order

Ordered the Moisturizing Leave-In Cream Three Pack on October 16, 2026 (order #47078, $39.57). They created a UPS label on October 17 and never handed the package to UPS — six days later tracking still says 'Label Created.' I emailed support on October 21 asking for a refund; they replied they'd 'check with the carrier' and never followed up. No product, no refund. I had to file a claim through my payment protection to get my money back. Do not order from this store.
