Avoid at all costs. This company is fraudulent. Pre booked a taxi in Athens. Taxi was then cancelled by them. Promised to refund. No chance.
No answer to Emails. There is no phone number for contact. Thankfully my bank helped and refunded the monies.

This company does not exist. It is set up purely to scam customers

THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM. Don’t be fooled by the professional looking website. They took my booking and my €148, then cancelled 24 hours before the pick up. They promised a full refund within 3-7 business days, but that was over a month ago. They don’t respond to any of my emails, and there’s no other way of contacting them. This website should be taken down and the perpetrators arrested.

This is a fraudulent company. They take your online booking but do not provide any taxi service. There is no contact phone number and emails receive no response. A SCAM!!!

Total Scam! Do not use this site! Booked a Taxi in Italy through here and it never arrived. Took my money. I emailed support for a refund and was told i would get within 7 days it has been 3 weeks now and still no refund.

SCAM. They canceled my taxi ride and promised a refund. I am trying to call them and it says the number does not exist. I am sending them emails and nothing. Can someone take their site down? so they stop scamming people?

Have a booking with them but getting suspicious since I am not getting any answer to my request to have contact details for the driver, cannot find any contact telephone number, their business terms talk about being able to find Them on whatsapp but cannot find them there. So just from the bad service of not getting back to me is a 1 star review but fearing it will turn into a 0 star review if they do not turn up as other reviewers have described

Would of giving this company -5,they left me at the airport with a 6yr old child, it's an absolute scam do not pay this company they are robbers, thief's scam scam scam

It’s scam don’t use this ,but you can get Refund through your bank ,Monzo got my money back with in 20 minuts

Should be possible to give no stars.. company took our money and didn’t show up. They send a confirmation, but compared to other transfer/taxi services there’s no emergency number, or any form of contact. The email didn’t even work. AVOID at all costs, we got our money back through payback with the bank, luckily. There prices are undoubtedly cheaper then anywhere else for a reason. Google should not be advertising this scam.

Dont use them!! I booked a taxi with this company on Mallorca. The driver did not turn up and they have not responded to my request for a refund. I Repeat, DONT USE THEM!

These are a fraud take booking and you’d money and don’t turn up. Don’t answer emails a total fraud

Used while in Rhodes. Fraud, don't use. The booked and prepaid taxi doesn't turn up, there's no phone number and emails don't get responded to. Raising a complaint with the bank and hopefully getting my money back that way.

got 1 star because i had to put a rating otherwise would be -5 absolute frauds!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! take your money when you book then dont turn up, all contact ignored, im in Paris next month so i will be paying them a visit!!!

This company will confirm your booking at a hard to refuse price, then cancel at early hours in the morning by email promising a refund within 3 to 7 business days.

I can say its now been 10 business days and no refund received I think its safe to say from reading the other reviews, I will not be seeing that money again! Obvious fraudulent company which I will now be reporting as such.

Why is Google endorsing this site. Booked taxi, confirmation received. No taxi came. Luckily a local driver came to our rescue. Disputing the payment with card company

We booked a taxi for 13.30 pm and they newer showed up. The website makes you pay in advance... And isn't a norm for taxis. The price are too good to be true.... AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE!!!

Just tried this service after seeing it was sponsored by Google. Booked a day and a half ago and got the confirmation. Now Day of my 5:15 am taxi did not show, no driver, call/text/ email or anything. Cant get in contact with anyone either from the company. BIG SCAM , wish I had seen the reviews here.
