Gloves fell apart after 2 hours use - and no word from customer service!

I bought a pair of gloves in Göteborg and brought them with me on our onward journey from there. They lasted 1 (ONE !) day.....then they came apart. I have written to you on your "reklamation" link, but have heard nothing from you at all - this is now 19 days ago....My case number is 103059. Promising your customers a reply within 5-6 days and then not giving a toss about them for 19+ days is not just bad customer service, it's simply rude. I wonder what you yourselves would feel like if you were subjected to that kind of treatment. Fact of the matter is - you sold me a product that fell completely apart after 2 hrs use. I guess you feel that is ok - clearly we define quality goods and customer service differently.
