Returns are a sham
I need to return a scooter I bought for my daughter's birthday, and the only return instructions are to ship the item to a location in Denmark (I'm in the US) and pay for the shipping. Shipping would cost more than the item is worth, basically making their items unreturnable.

As our company is based in Denmark, returns from the US do need to be sent to our return address in Denmark. We understand that international shipping can be costly and appreciate your feedback.
Board and trucks are super cheap
Board and trucks are super cheap. Bushings superrrr soft and had regular washer instead of cup washers for the bushings which made the bushings bulge out one side. Swapped bushings and added cup washers and it rides pretty smooth. Still not very high quality for the price.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I called with a few questions about a helmet, but they couldn't answer because they didn't have the necessary information. I then sent an email through their website, and the agent gave me incorrect details. As a result, I ended up buying a helmet that offers less protection, whereas I could have ordered a cheaper, more useful model suitable for multiple sports.

Poor experience
The 2 main items which was a scooter and go kart were both damaged. The scooter had marks all over it and a noticeable chip in the frame. They had stuffed other items into the scooter box which might have caused it. The go kart stickers were ripped. Both looked like used products that should have went to auction as damaged goods. Not bad enough to complain but I would never use the website again.

I paid for fast delivery but it didn't…
I paid for fast delivery but it didn't arrive within the stated time frame. I was tracking the order and could see that it had been at the released from customs stage for 3 days. When I contacted customer services they declined to chase it up with the courier so I ultimately received the order at the 6 working days point when I paid to receive it within 2-5, I feel a bit ripped off as delivery was very expensive.
The scooter itself is fine but I would be very hesitant to order again or recommend this company due to delivery.

Hey All
Hey All, I ordered these skates because they reminded me of the Bauer, London kind and because they have an aluminum plate which provides sturdiness, control, agility and flexibility. Also making the skates overall more durable. These skates are an absolute 10/10. Amazing. Comfortable, snug so I would recommend ordering a size up as instructed . Very lightweight and easy to use. The wheels are very comfortable and with them being a larger size I feel as though I have more control compared to my first set of skates that had smaller wheels. I consider myself to be an intermediate skater, but would recommend these for beginners. The wheels are 78A which I also was not used to but now that I’m breaking them in I move like BUTTERRR. I skate outdoors mostly at a local skatepark and the flooring is pretty smooth, but from time to time I take them for joyride on rougher surfaces to wear down the wheels. I have not tested them in rink yet, but I’m certain they will be fine. Please purchase! Thanks xoxo
