We paid for an express delivery (2 working days) - as this was offered during the order. The reason was we wantwd to be sure we get the product before we leave for vacation. 3rd working da late eveningy, GLS reported they were not avle to deliver (probably because we chose a delivery box and the product was too large, dont know, no details provided). As we were leaving for vacation we had ti changw the delivery time to a normal shop, obe wewk later… so we still do not have the product ordered on Sat15aug with express delivery within 2 working days (we expected to get it on 18th, latest 19th)… maybe more information on delivery would help - where is it shipped feom and whether the express delivery applies for shippmenta from abroad, how big is the package and whether usual box is able to accept it? So far the experience is rather pure, maybe just for coincidence, but currently it is as it is… product paid not delivered after 1,5 weeks…

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience.
I bought two pairs of skates, but unfortunately the sizes were too big. Returning them to Denmark would cost me almost €100, even though the website advertises free returns/exchanges.
I contacted Customer Care, Sales, and even called Denmark, but nobody was able to offer me a solution.
I really think it should be clearly mentioned on the website that there is no return partner in Romania. If I had known how expensive the return would be, I would not have placed the order.
Unfortunately, I’m still left with two pairs of skates that I can’t use. Very disappointing customer service experience.

I bought a scooter for my son on August…
I bought a scooter for my son on August 10 with order #5000084620. To this day, the package seems to be stuck somewhere in Tennessee as shown by FedEx tracking id: 383079087320. I reached out to the help center and I was told that you cannot do anything to check shipping status. The email also says that if I don’t see a status update through FedEx in 3 days to let you know. I replied to that email and have not heard back from you. This is unacceptable and would like to get an status update as soon as possible

Did not help. Return costed $80 because it had to go to Denmark meanwhile it’s called USA skate shop. The ramp I bought is super small. I bought it as a gift for my 8 year old nephews birthday and it looks like it’s for 3 year olds. EXTREMELY disappointed.
