Hardly worth a one star!
I was given a PCN for stopping my car to check a warning light on the dashboard which was related to a problem with tyre pressure. I resolved the tyre pressure issue before resuming my onward journey. This took less than 10 minutes in total but I still received a PCN. I appealed, naively assuming that safety would take precedence over the desire to make more money. Appeal was dismissed with apparently little consideration. I then followed the online complaint process and unfortunately discovered that Euro Parking Limited do not even have the courtesy to follow their own process. No response received despite sending two complaint letters.
Euro Parking Limited are an absolute grace who obviously put making money ahead of safety!

Please do not use car parks managed by this company!
We arrived at 15.15 at the Parade Shops in Shresbury and queued to pay at the machine. Euro Service Parking fined us £60, refused our appeal with the evidence of payment, tells us that we can't appeal again and will up the fine to £100 if we take it further. This is robbery, and we are prepared to go to the tribunal for these practices. Please, please do not get caught out. They replied asking to use the chatbot. This chatbot is useless. If you type "complaint" it shuts you off. Absolute rip off! :(

No clear signage, no clear boundaries from where public highway ends and private land begins. Cctv that breaches regulations. Appeal submitted and rejected with no reply to the questions raised in the appeal. They will then send out their standard reply to this review. Read all the reviews,we can't all be wrong.

Got fined for the few minutes it took me to walk from the car park with a disabled friend into the pub to register my vehicle. Appeal denied. See you in court then.

Tried the online appeals process, entered all the requested information, hit submit. Error appears, completed this process 5 times. Same error response.
Sent an email, recieved a reply ' the system is working '. Tried again same problem.
Waste of time appealing, they are not interested, they just want your money.
All previous reviews just confirms my experience. Modern day pirates, hide behind their so called guidelines. The government need to crack down on these companies.

To whom this concerns,
How does someone get charged for parking in his registered parking bay? It is the same bay I have been allocated for the past 14 years.! Vehicle's details are the same since I had registered it with Prime Property Management back in 2017.
According to other allocated bay users, they have similarly received multiple PCNs for parking in their allocated bays. What is the explanation? Are the persons issuing the PCN's incompetent or are your records not being properly maintained?
Whatever the reasons are for issuing me two PCN's within a week by post, it's totally unacceptable. I do not pay for my bay to be harrassed. Harrassing residence with threatening letters is NOT what you are contracted to do.!
Further more, those notices arrived at the same time some 14 days after they were allegedly processed (one with contravention dated: February 15th, tother February 14th).
I have notified Rose Hill Triangle estate's property managers and I'll be escalating the matter from there.
Actually charging people for parking on their own parking spaces. I can't wait to see them in court

Absolutely awful, charged me even though there was nowhere to put my number plate in

This is a bogus company scamming innocent civilians.
This is not the first time they have wrongly issued tickets for being "parked" to the side in a petrol station to use the Atm machine for 2 minutes, had others sitting in the car whilst my car was stationary, waited for the road to be safe enough to exit all lasting 2 minutes for which these cowboys issued a fine for parking!
No clear use of signs!
Absolutely ludicrous!

My car was broken down and left with a garage to inspect it, whilst it was there the garage moved my car to one of their designated parking bays. EPS Ltd swiftly issued a ticket whilst the car was in the bay stating it was on double yellows, it was not, the car was parked correctly in a bay. The ticket was appealed and quickly rejected, upon rejection, according to the regulator under section 20.1 “ If an Internal Appeal is unsuccessful, Operators must notify the appellant, at the same time the appeal is rejected, that they have the right to further appeal to the IAS.”. This was not followed and the appeal number was not generated, the signs at the site are not legal nor do they state anything about parking in bays. The garage ended up taking responsibility for the ticket along with about 25 others so I assumed all would be okay. 2 months later I get a letter from a debt recovery company for this parking ticket, this means that they put the ticket back into my name after receiving a notification from the correct owner of the ticket (the garage) but because they are fighting it they must have decided to put it back into my name to peruse me instead.
At this time I have decided to take the company to court under a GLO (Group Litigation Order) and present the facts, me and my solicitor are collecting more cases like mine where an appeal has been unfairly rejected and IAS regulations not followed, if you would like to be part of the case which already has 12+ participants please contact me via email (scan the QR code in my profile picture) and we will happily add you to the case. Let’s shut them down for good!
I met my sister in law for coffee. She had recently been discharged from hospital after having brain surgery. Whilst in the coffee shop she had a severe faint and soiled herself so I took her to the bathroom to clean her up and went 10 mins over the allocated parking time . I appealed my fine stating what had happened and the company requested “ proof “ so I sent them copies of hospital letters but they said they wanted further proof ! I did not take photos of my unwell sister in law and explained that I am a registered paramedic and could be struck off doing such a thing plus the thought did not cross my mind ! They continue to send threatening letters and badger me . Awful company but I will gladly go to court to fight this as it’s simply disgusting.

I wished I can input -100. This company is disgusting and does not listen anyone. My friend canceled lunch, I sat in the car talking to her, I didn't intentionally park there and now they threaten to send the bailiff/ court etc. Like a rottweiler. I can afford to pay and I have written several times, they do not acknowledge correspondence whatsoever. All you get is more threats.
Avoid them like a plague. They are not understanding or sympathetic.
They dont even deserve 0 stars let alone the 1 I can give.
Pulled up at a local garage to fill my tires up with air as I was driving 2 hours on the motorway. I went and got change only to find the machine was out of order. I then had to go elsewhere to get air.
2 weeks later I get a £60 fine for parking on premise and not being a customer! Appeal was rejected as they said I left my car. Yes to get change for the broken machine you bunch of COWBOYS! Will be complaining to the BPA and I wont be going to any more of these cowboy petrol stations that scam people out of money!!
Just looked up the soul director of this company on companies house and he has had 5 other parking companies that he has dissolved in the last 12 years - That says everything you need to know about these people! Scammers and this country allows them to get away with it!
Massive con artists!!!!! There is no customer services to speak to someone! I tried to pay my fine before the 28 days which should of been 60! But when I tried to pay the only option to pay was £100! So I sent the 60 via postal order and now they have sent me a bill for the full 100! Absolute scum bags! No way to resolve it .... sort it out euro car parking!

Just received a PCN from this company and appealed quoting mitigating reasons. It came as no surprise the appeal was rejected.
The British Parking Association recently issued a Code Of Conduct regarding appeal's, it is obvious from the amount of complaints about this company they are totally ignoring this guidance from the BPA.
I have complained to the BPA also written to my MP.
Private parking companies can no longer be allowed to police themselves. Hopefully Government in the future will impose a totally independent appeals procedure and the motoring public can expect a fair and just appeals process. The present system in being abused this cannot be allowed to continue.
Everyone who has complained on this site needs to write to there MP.
Update on my review.
Just received the normal reply from Euro Parking Services. Perhaps they would like to explain why they give you a contact number to ring in which an automated message informs you that they cannot discuss a PCN over the phone. What is the point?

More legal thieves. Paid the parking charge and got stuck coming out the car park. Apparently that results in a fine, as you didn’t leave the car park in the allotted timeframe. What a joke…
I pulled over to use BP petrol station on Farnham road, I have a LWB so can't fit in the bays and parked out of the way while I transferred the money over, pulled up to the pump and put diesel and went in to pay ... Was on site a total of 11 minutes and over a month later I received £100 fine for not parking correctly ( no signs are visible unless you get out and walk the exterior of the BP ) in future I will block the pumps like everyone so Euro Parking Services don't take advantage of helpful people again...I only used BP as I was a rewards member ....not any more

Evil.
I stopped for 1 minute 57 seconds on double yellows to drop a lady off as close to the building she needed. The lady barely spoke English & struggled to pay.
What annoys me the most is that the rules state you can stop on double yellows for up to 5 minutes if you are only dropping off or picking up.
Seems they are above the usual highway regulations, which basically makes this a racket. There should be a law against it.

Further to my previous post.
Tried phoning as requested. First message you heard is that a PCN condition be changed or discussed over the phone.
I'll pay the fine, but I'm going to find out if I can take this further with some sort of ombudsman.
When you visit somewhere for the first time, with a passenger who hasn't been their either, while looking for the righ location, how are you supposed to read the piddly little notices and signs?

COWBOYS AND CON ARTISTS
Ridiculous company with zero morals who are simply out to try and con innocent members of the public.
My vehicle suffered a flat tyre whilst being on their car park. Whilst following their appeals process and submitting an overwhelming amount of evidence, they ignored everything I provided and still tried to charge me, eventually trying to scare me by using a solicitor.
After months and months of appealing, the charge was finally quashed by an independent appeals service.
This parking firm showed a complete lack of respect or understanding. Horrible people who should not be allowed to make a living out of what they do. Thankfully, they didn't get a single penny from me!
Had a PNC contravention date 24/12/2024 PNC issue and date posted 30/12/2024 reference number 3040704 went to pay fine well within the 28 days and I was charged £100 although the letter stated £60.00
Fuming is an understatement called the number 08451210065 no point in that got sent all round the Wrekin to no avail can you refund me £40
