When I went their site to book a pickup. I am not quite sure about their service. Because there is nothing in thier menu to track the package. But I received the package via GLS in 3 days. Once I booked the pickup I got a confirmation mail. But there is no further communication about it is carry forward by GLS. If they send email about the tracking details of GLS It would be really helpful.
