This seems more like a day spa visit than a trip to the opticians. Upon entering, you are greeted with a choice of amazing teas and coffees - all sorts - and designer chocolates and/or water. We first went there around New Year's, and they were serving prosecco! I needed new frames and a new prescription. The exam was done downstairs, state-of-the-art equipment. And so much care and time were take by everyone there to make my experience - from figuring out the bifocal choice to suit me, to looking at new frames (I ultimately kept my old frames.) Special shout out to Craig, the most amazing optician ever.

Very professional and very gracious. I walked in to ask if they could adjust titanium frames that I couldn’t get serviced at the store where they were purchased. It was done - carefully and well - on the spot for no charge. Next time, I’ll start here.
