Hello : 2 filtres . Fast Easy and simple . My using is less enthousisiastic than my installation. Thé water is going thrue so fast that I wonder if thé water is filtred efficiently. And the test and smell is bad. I hope its gonna pass.

The order doesn’t arrive!! Fedex is a nightmare.

I I bought a 6.5L Euroguard water dispenser over a month ago and I'm completely satisfied. The tap water was becoming increasingly undrinkable with a strong chlorine taste, and now I enjoy drinking pure water without any unpleasant taste. I also use the water from the dispenser for cooking, so I no longer have any foodborne illness risks.

I'm so satisfied that I bought another dispenser for my daughter, who has young children. Drinking water is very important for them. There was a small problem during delivery, but Euroguard resolved it very quickly and efficiently. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm taking the time to do so in detail because the products are good and the company is dedicated to serving its customers well.

Bought the 8.5litre filter and Vision s/s tap, plus extra filters. Filter arrived with Vision tap, but ordinary tap was missing. Got in touch with customer services and the response was quick and efficient. I have been sent another Vision stainless steel tap, which is over and above what I expected. Really good experience with Euroguard Filter Co. So much so, that I've bought another for my family. Due here this week. The last thinng to say is that, having looked online, I found Euroguardfilter.com to be the most competitively priced version. Along with excellent delivery and customer services, I recommend this company.

Quality and timing

I’m very satisfied with the after-sales service! I had received a message saying that I would have to pay customs fees for the delivery of the filter, which had not been mentioned at the time of purchase. I immediately contacted customer service and got a very quick response from Raoul, who assured me that if I did have to pay these fees, Euroguardfilter would reimburse me. In the end, I didn’t have to pay anything, but I felt reassured by how responsive and helpful they were.
The delivery was fast, the filter works perfectly, the water tastes amazing, and the filtration speed is excellent. I highly recommend them!

The so-called analyses were carried out by DID International, a company based in India that manufactures stainless steel tanks. There is no reference to the filter, no photo of the filter – in other words, these analyses are clearly false. A serious analysis carried out by a reputable laboratory would not be presented in this way.
NSF certification? No.
An NSF 61 certification (which has nothing to do with filtration) was awarded to an Indian company, even though they display NSF 42 and 53 on their website. They're not above telling a few lies.
Don't play with your health, buy real, tested, certified filters, not cheap pieces of charcoal bought on Alibaba

I bought the Euroguard water filter in the summer of 2023 and I am really happy with the results. I was previously using bottled water, but as we know chemicals from plastic bottles can be harmful to humans and the environment. I had a few problems with the lid knob, but EuroGuard sent me out a replacement. I probably would have given five stars but the filters supplied do not deal with limescale which is a major problem where I live and finding alternative filters is proving difficult on an otherwise excellent system.

No news from the delivery after having ordered. A spare part was missing. I asked for sending it because I can't use the filter.
Fortunately the customer service is good and réactive.

I recently bought the EuroGuard Gravity Water Filter and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the water filter is outstanding!

Filtration: This thing is a beast at filtering out all the bad stuff. Our water tastes extremely clean now, knowing it removes up to 99.99% of contaminants, including PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS, is a huge relief for me and my family.

Design: Love the stainless steel look. It’s sturdy and fits perfectly in my kitchen. It’s doesn’t leave any unwanted finger prints and i never seen any dust on the exterior. It gave my kitchen an modern and chic look.

Ease of Use: Setting it up was a breeze. No need for electricity – just fill it up with water, very functional.

Customer Service: Had a couple of questions, and the EuroGuard team was super helpful and knowledgeable with their products. They really educated me on all the harmful and unwanted chemicals in tap water. I really appreciate my EuroGuard Gravity Water Filter.
Overall, totally worth it. 10/10 product
