Ordered a part for my Renault Mégane III with delivery to Belgium. The correct part arrived after 3 business days. No issues at all.

I ordered the wrong part. They canceled the order and refunded fully. I made a new order and got the part all the way in South Africa within four days.

Ι was late in writing this review because I first wanted to install the replacement parts for my Citroen C5.
Everything went well. The parts were exactly what they should have been, the prices were reasonable, and the service from everyone was exemplary.

HP fuel pump
As I inform you before I purchase from you HP fuel pump but unfortunately you cheat me and give damage one that force me to spend more 80 USD for repairing

We used EuroFrance24 for the first time this year. We were very happy with their service. We found the parts easily on their website and the ordering and payment process was straightforward. We were kept informed from the beginning regarding the status of our order and its delivery time. The parts arrived as promised without any issues by courier. By ordering from them we saved approximately €400 on 2 wiper motors as opposed to buying them in Ireland. We will definitely purchase from them again if we ever need any parts for our car, and I would highly recommend them for their great service.

EuroFrance provided an original part which was very hard to come by where I live. Everything works great and delivery was fast! I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

I bought a part for which I paid the full premium price.
The part was listed as working and tested.
However, it was defective, and having it repaired ended up costing me twice the original amount.

The seller refused to take any responsibility for their products and merely claimed they are not responsible for third-party work, completely ignoring the fact that they sold a supposedly "tested" part.

Ordered on a weekend but eurofrance sent it on wednesday/thursday the week after. Dhl took a little longer to deliver this time.

Got it after 9 days after ordering - from poland to sweden. Ordered on 30/3 and delivery 8/4.

Items on the website do not contain all information required, immobiliser for example should be sold reset or have a PIN code. Upon complaining about this the reaction is that there is nothing wrong with the unit and i should have asked about this before buying.
They charge €9 for shipment, but ask for a return label and they would charge €21.

I was quite afraid to order the first time on this Polish Web site. But in France, some Renault car parts can be found only through official Renault garages, at exaggerated prices (except if you are a Renault employee), like my shock absorbers for Renault Talisman which costs 380 euros each in France, only because they have a specific plug so their hardness can be driven by the car computer (without this plug, the same absorbers cost 70 euros on the OEM market).
EuroFrance could provide me the same original Renault absorbers, in the same official Renault package, with official security labels and very recent manufacturing dates, and 35% cheaper than Renault (after counting the shipping costs).
Moreover the package was very well protected, unlike their famous German competitor Auto-Doc from which I had received a damaged absorber due to the weakness of their package.
And I have received my order in one week through the DPD/GeoPost carrier.

I bought an air filter housing, they delivered it very fast. They have a very good customer service and they are professionals.

A brilliant company! They were able to supply a part for my 20 year old Renault Vel Satis that was unobtainable elsewhere. Without it (the electric parking brake) the car would have had to be scrapped. I'd never heard of Eurofrance (and never needed their services before) - but I'd recommend them unreservedly!

I ordered wiper motors from eurofrance on friday.They were delivered to my home in Ireland on Tuesday.Now thats what I call service.Well done Eurofrance a company that should be supported.!!!!
