I found Euroflorist to be a bit of a joke, to be honest. They're really just a middleman, which makes something as simple as ordering flowers far more complicated than it needs to be. I'd definite... See more

Easy order, fresh flowers

I ordered flowers, a card, and a balloon, and everything arrived on time. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. But the DPD courier didn't ring the bell and just left the box outside. Since it was a surprise for the birthday kid, I had to tell them to check outside, which was really disappointing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

ZERO STAR! THEY HAVE THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! We did not receive our order & they refuse to refund.

They don’t answer our phonecalls! So they just keep rejecting our refund request over emails. Cowards. Like frauds & scammers.

They’re not helpful at all, no empathy… like robots. They don’t care whatever your situation is, as long as they already get your money, it’s not their problem anymore. Very mean people.

Really really terrible service.

Please don’t let them cheat your money, buy from other florist.

Avoid using their services.

On December 7th, I ordered flowers for delivery on my friend's birthday, which was on December 29th (i.e., 22 days in advance!). During this time, the Euroflorists ignored my messages both to their email address and from their contact page, and nothing was delivered. Only after I reached out to their (also always silent) colleagues in 12 countries and my credit card bank for help did they silently refund my money.

[Please note that after switching the delivery from couriers from flower shops (i.e., their partners closest to the recipient) to postal services (such as DHL), they decided to cut off communication with customers, as delivery on a specific day was no longer possible. In other words, their entire business is built on the premise that their global silence makes it very difficult for their customers to obtain refunds for the spoiled holidays.
The only solution is to threaten ALL Euroflorists to publish this unanswered "correspondence" with them, but it takes time (and nerves).]

Correction: Just found out that what I thought was a refund is just a temporary credit my bank gave me until its investigation is complete.

Reliable service

A lovely bouquet. Not quite the same as in the picture, but it was an adequate equivalent. Delivered reliably on the date ordered.

All in all... Excellent!

I purchased from Cyprus bouquets for two recipients in Germany. Both have arrived the very next day. They looked exactly as the pictures, originally seen on their online website.

Product does not match advertised bouquet

I ordered a Christmas bouquet called “Lady in Red” through Euroflorist. The bouquet shown on their website is clearly red-dominated, full, and rich in composition. What was delivered looked completely different.

The delivered bouquet was mostly green, filled with foliage and fillers, with only a few small red flowers. There were no red lilies, and the overall impression was green and sparse rather than red and luxurious. The photos make this difference obvious.

This is not about flower freshness. Euroflorist confirmed the flowers were “fresh and of value,” but completely ignored the core issue: the delivered bouquet does not resemble the advertised product in color, composition, or perceived value.

To make matters worse, the bouquet was delivered in a Fleurop-branded bag, despite the order being placed directly with Euroflorist. When I requested clarification and a proper resolution (not a future discount), the complaint was dismissed.

I paid for “Lady in Red” and received something closer to “Lady in Green.” Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Euroflorist.
