Very disappointed experience and misled
Very disappointed with my experience at Eurofinance. This is the first finance company I’ve ever encountered that requires a deposit just to process a finance application, which is already strange. They also bind you to a contract and treat your deposit as non-refundable the moment you sign the paperwork, despite telling you otherwise beforehand. Communication was poor, and I felt completely misled about refund policies and the status of my application, and therefore feel my deposit is being withheld unfairly. Even their website fails to mention any of these requirements or bindings.
Make no mistake staff is friendly however, I do not recommend Eurofinance and would recommend Sterling Finance to anyone, as my past experiences with them have been exceptional, being open, honest, and always backed by clear written feedback. They don’t require a deposit to apply for finance, and they don’t bind you to anything before a purchase is made.
