Great company delivered promptly and left the delivery in a tidy way. The panels looks so good.

Roofing products were competitively priced, but water proof gloves ordered to go with order shown in stock were really out of stock, so never received on collection. Not been back since so probably too late and seems petty.

Have used this company a number of times and have always been pleased with the quality of material, I went into the Worcester branch and spoke to Charlie, got a quote for the goods I required within minuets and placed the order next day, they went out of there way to collect materials they did not have from another depot and deliver my order the same day as ordered!!!!! service you do not often find these days, Many thanks Charlie keep up the good work, I do hope you are the store manager seeking premotion as your on your way........

I think Eurocell is above average because they can always deliver on quality on the range of products

It was easy to order online and receive confirmation. However, no notification regarding my order being ready for collection. Waited 24hours and just went and collected. It appeared to me that my order hadn’t even been processed, as the items were retrieved from stock while I waited at the counter.

The best staff, nothing is too much trouble, always friendly. The only downside is they are always very busy because of the work they have on at the moment. But they have always acheived the best of my expectations. Especially the Manager Rob, given me loads of advice over the years, absolute top bloke. But no Rob has left and now gone down hill
