Fast delivery, but uneven heat from front to backShipping was super fast and arrived with zero issues. However, the heat distribution is uneven from front to back. The back of the waffle burns while the front edge stays undercooked. If I leave it longer to cook the front part, the back burns completely.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the VEVOR product and the company's response to a legitimate product failure. DONOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM VEVOR!
VEVOR said that the unit appears to be a refrigerant leak and cooling system failure, rendering it inoperable. When I contacted VEVOR for assistance, the only resolution offered was a small compensation payment, initially USD 38 and later increased to USD 76, despite the seriousness of the defect for $382 purchased of VEVOR Dehumidifier.
VEVOR's position is based solely on the order date and the claim that the warranty period has expired. However, this completely ignores an important fact: the unit was not installed and placed into service until because the original shipment was missing critical parts needed for operation. As a result, the machine sat unused until those components were finally provided by VEVOR. The product therefore had only a limited period of actual service before suffering a major failure.
I find it unreasonable for VEVOR to disregard the actual service life of the equipment and offer only a minimal refund for a product that became unusable shortly after it was finally put into operation.
Instead, I was repeatedly told that the small PayPal refund was the only option available. This response demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and product reliability.
I regret this purchase and would strongly caution potential buyers to consider how warranty issues may be handled if a product develops problems after purchase.
