So far, not great

So far, these are the worst cameras I’ve ever owned. I have gig fiber internet and a mesh network, yet somehow these cameras can’t pick up signal after moving routers and extenders within less than 10 feet of the cameras. I have 2 cameras that are already dead within a day, even though they’re hooked to solar. I can’t find extra batteries on your website for the new eufy S4 cameras. I’m waiting on a 2nd mesh unit from frontier to see if it helps with the signal issue, but I don’t have high hopes. Not sure how these won an award. They definitely haven’t lived up to the price point.

I wasn't sure about a robot washing the…

I wasn't sure about a robot washing the floor. I love this product. I have large floors, and at the end of the day, I just turn it on and leave the room. It vacuums up the floor and washes it. I go back to a clean floor! When I empty out the dirty water, it is dirty!

Picture Quality and sound are very…

Picture Quality and sound are very good.
Solar recharging is inadequate.
Seems to have adequate wifi range of communication to base unit - through walls, weather etc.
Love the way the camera tracks objects.
Would like to see eufy offer additional memory available for purchase.

I like the concept but appears that I…

I like the concept but appears that I got a dud, lights would not activate unless you did them manually and rotation of the camera also was only possible when done manually. And before you think I didn't give it a chance a friend that has 20+ of them in his businesses attempted to set it up, and nothing. Great concept but only when it works, returned it and bought a Ring, much more user friendly.

Good cameras, bad motion detection.

Cameras are great and I'm very happy with the local storage options. However, motion detection could really use some improvements. Rain is forever a motion it picks up and last week it snowed and kept telling me that a "person" was at the door. Storage is a little useless when you get an alert every few minutes. You'll never go back through that footage. I hate Ring but they could be a bit easier to work with on "real" motion vs. "fake" motion.

Great company and products

I really prefer to buy direct from the company whose product I’ve decided to purchase. I thoroughly research products before I buy them. Once I’ve decided that a product is worth purchasing, I like for all profit to go to that company, not to some big box online seller run by billionaires. The eufy website was easy to navigate and simple for making a purchase.

Easy and private

I was able to replace another brand of doorbell with the eufy doorbell with minimal fuss. I love the ease of working with this doorbell. With the home base there’s no need for paying a subscription and from what I understand, videos are not shared with anyone. Good job eufy!

Very happy but be aware of a few things

Very happy but be aware . This seems like a really great quality product. A few minor things to note. I ordered a package off the Eufy web site, thinking I would get the best price and if it comes as a package things would be more likely to pair together seamlessly. But, Eufy sent me 4 packages from 4 different locations some were from Amazon. If I had I been aware this would happen, I would have piecemealed the units myself because, some prices on Home Depot and Amazon were cheaper than the Eufy website.
Shipping took quite a while, about two weeks for everything to arrive, because it came from every corner of the US.
The cameras themselves are very well thought out, very high quality. Very happy with them. Set up is pretty straight forward as well as installation. I used Eufy tech support which I think is just AI, but it was excellent.
Another note, one of the cameras I got was the S340 (360 rotating camera with a spotlight) and the corner bracket. I have it pointed at my back door so it stays focused on that, but if it picks up someone IN VIEW, it will follow them around to the side of the house. Very cool! However, it reverts back to the primary point (my back door), if someone walks up the side of my house it does not pick them up until they go around back, in the vision of the primary spot. Point where I'm going is, don't think it's a 360 motion sensor, it only senses what it sees and then follows it.
Other than that I'm very pleased, the AI features are great. I have not entered my Face for recognition because I know nothing is secure.
