IMHO. Things to fix: 1. Option to squelch ads. I paid for a clean device. No unsolicitated ads to mar the experience. 2. There needs to be basic remote connectivity. I mean things like email or... See more

Bought Eufy 3C Wireless Home Security…
Bought Eufy 3C Wireless Home Security system with homebase - 2 pack.
Mainly because of no monitoring fees, the system worked fine,( but does miss the odd recording ) for the first 2 years.
After 2 an a half years one camera started to play up, could view live , but it wouldn't record, an battey kept going flat on solar charging, so followed Eufy problem procedure.
One suggestion was to disconnect from homeless and then reconnect, but it wouldn't reconnect, it just showed 'failed to request 204 '
Took camera back to reseller, who sent it back to Eufy ? for checking.
Result, report back, they won't replace the camera as it's out of warranty and the age of camera ( 30months)
So they are saying their cameras only last 2 and a half years at best.
I paid top dollar, for better cameras, so Very disappointed to say the least, it Eufy response.
Certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this brand, as they don't stand behind there product
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, I bought the home pack, s4 camera x 2, Hargrove with 1 tb storage, works amazing, from ordering to delivery was brilliant, definitely be shopping with these again for sure, awesome job, many many thanks
They purposely release software updates that'll break your cameras and force you to buy new ones
We used eufy for our home camera system. A camera recently bricked. It sounds like users have reported their software updates have bricked their cameras before. We contacted eufy and they gave us a garbage 15% off. We'll be switching companies. How scammy to release software updates that break your cameras just to force your users to buy new cameras that can then break from future software updates.
Eufy have ruined the app - do not buy
Eufy has ruined the customer experience for all their products by placing stupid adverts in the Eufy app right where users need to click on key features such as to arm or disarm your alarm system.
Some marketing idiot though it would be a "brilliant" idea to put ads (for crap items nobody wants) on the main app screen right where the "I'm staying" & "I'm leaving" buttons should be.
Instead of generating more sales, this is extremely annoying to users, and if most are like me, they will not buy any more Eufy products because of how annoying these fools have made it to use the Eufy app.
What a pity, One wonders how these companies take a great service and find a way to totally ruin it. Have these people never heard the old axiom of losing a dollar by trying to squeeze another 2c out of each customer?
I can no longer recommend Anker/Eufy products because they have ruined the app.
Ordered direct from Eufy on 30th Nov…
Ordered direct from Eufy on 30th Nov but without reason it sent via Amazon and never mentioned when it got delivered.
First faulty was the wheel got stuck. The CS was great and followed through and repaired the robot. But it was like not the same robot after it was delivered. After a week, it turned very noisy. Another two weeks later, it was broken again. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Video doorbell very poor
Video doorbell very poor. Battery lasts aprox 2 weeks. The doorbell frequently disconnects meaning I am missing deliveries/collections! being a small business I rely on the postal service and this doorbell is causing me a lot of extra work due to missing the couriers!
I have been sent 2 replacements but they are all the same. It’s just a bad doorbell and I am going back to paying for a ring doorbell. Badly advertised as the battery does not last and the footage is rubbish when it does choose to work!!!
EufyS340 solar powered camera
Buyer beware do not buy any product from Anker/Eufy. This is is a disreputable company that does honor their warranty, lies, has non existent customer service staffed by reps who give incorrect information and are not familiar or knowledgeable about the products. Requests for assistance must be done by email then responses, even from the same rep, are contradictory. I bought a Eufy SoloCam S340 solar powered camera from QVC in January, 2026. The screws needed to attach the solar panel base to the top of the camera were not the right size so the solar panel would move if it was windy and on two occasions I had to charge the battery by plugging it into a electric receptacle. After several attempts to adjust the solar panel to face the sun I realized the base was loose and wobbly and the screws could not be tightened. Between March 11 and March 27, 2026 I exchanged at least 18 emails requesting TWO TINY SCREWS. I was told variously they would look for the screws, they did not have the screws, gave me the incorrect size of the screws despite the fact that the top of the cam states the size of the screws that are needed, they would send me a new camera and I could remove the screws and return the camera, I should buy the screws from the hardware store but they didn't offer to pay for the screws. The worst rep was Shane who first sent me a photo of screws that were obviously the wrong size, followed by an email that he could not find the screws, followed by telling me to buy the screws, followed by an apology in which he asks if I am at the same address to "resend" an unnamed item, followed by the unbelievable statement that they don't have the screw (for the camera they manufacture)!! Every email contained lies, excuses and fake apologies because the bottom line is if the product is not bought directly from them the warranty is not honored. Despite all the aggravation and havoc created by Shane and this terrible company email he had the nerve to send me an email on March 24 in which he states, "Your trust is the foundation of our relationship, and we are determined to rebuild and strengthen it. We hope you will continue to support Eufy as we strive to deliver the exceptional service you deserve." Despite my reply that I would never do business with such a shoddy company and to never contact me again he had the nerve to email another fake apology.
Great security cameras.
Customer service is top notch, cameras are high quality and really reliable. There's like a 7 to 10 second delay with detections but cameras are still pretty decent.
Generally unreliable and not recommended
Generally unreliable. Most of the time cameras wont connect to live feed, tons of missed video clips and firmware updates pushed that cause equipment to perform worse until they do the next update and then it works again barely. No way to reach anyone at Eufy ever as its all AI and useless repetitive answers. You are most certainly on your own once you purchase. Its like trying to get ahold of anyone is 100% impossible. You are left to Eufy forums to see what others have figured out as a solution. Started out ok but as time went on over two years it just became progressively worse to the point where I regret purchasing the system. I 100% would NOT buy Eufy again and would go with someone else more reliable even if it cost more. I have 1GB up / down speeds and top of the line network and have all the above issues ongoing. I absolutely believe the firmware updates they have done over the last 2 years are the main reason its almost useless now because a couple years ago when it was new there were no issues.
Avoid buying refurbished Robot Hoovers from Eufy
Over a month to try and resolve a replacement X10 pro robot hoover. Still unresolved, so I’ve come to Trust Pilot to try and get access to help that the eBay customer service can’t give or don’t have authority to give and resolve obvious bad service issues. I am awaiting my third refurbished X10 Pro robot hoover. I am now being given conflicting excuses of why I am still awaiting, I have been shipped an accessory pack for a faulty machine that I can’t use….its very frustrating.
20% of Eufy’s feedback is one star reviews and surely someone in authority can see just how badly their customers are screaming out for help or are totally dissatisfied with the assistance offered.
I have requested over 10 times the details of Eufys complaint department, I have had each request ignored. I am dealing with a handful of people and I’ve strongly suspected that some form of AI support robot is involved and this may explain some of the bizarre replies I’ve had.
Please review my case and I’ll help you understand just how inconvenient it is to be sent untested/un cleaned robot hoovers. The last one arrived filthy dirty and actually smelt strongly of urine and also had a fault, so it was as useless as the first non-working X10 they sent
I keep asking for real help and I’m just palmed off with stock replies, I strongly suspect Eufy are merely sending out returned products and the conditions of the last two X10 pro robot hoovers would support this claim.
I dearly wish I had looked on Trust Pilot prior to deciding to use our a washer/hoover product from Eufy, I have previously used an Eufy X8 robot hoover (brought new via Amazon), that was in use for 2 years and sadly the battery stopped being effective and I thought I’d try the upgraded model and use Eufy’s refurbished department (this was a very big mistake on my part). We use Shark/Ninja refurbished protects and they deliver next day and you just know the products are properly refurbished and frankly look brand new. Eufy send out broken machine that are sometimes not even cleaned!
We are small business owners and wouldn’t dream of treating customers so poorly, so why do Anker/Eufy think they offer such a poor service?
We hate having to complain and it takes up so much time chasing up a robot hoover that ought to been working over a month ago!….
Please be very careful buying refurbished products from this company….we dearly wish we hadn’t.
Very good products
I’m not a review writer. I have little time that needs to be focused elsewhere. However, I’ll say this. These devices, (cams/video doorbell) have worked very well and helped create a better sense of security. I’ve used a few other brands and none had performed as well as these.
My only issue is that some events fail to load and become viewable. I’m confident that Eufy is working to address the issues.

⭐ Customer Service Review for Eufy /…
⭐ Customer Service Review for Eufy / Anker Support
I am writing this review after an extremely disappointing and unnecessarily prolonged experience with Eufy/Anker customer support regarding what should have been a simple task: placing an order on the official Eufy Ireland website.
🗓️ Timeline of the Issue
I first reported the problem on 17 February, and despite 17 emails, screenshots, and clarifications, the issue remains unresolved weeks later.
🧩 Core Problem
Eufy refuses to accept my Irish address, even when selected directly from the official dropdown menu.
The system highlights the country field in red and blocks checkout entirely.
My address contains no UK elements, no “TA,” and uses a valid Irish Eircode.
I repeatedly provided:
• The correct website.
• Screenshots of the error
• Confirmation that I live in the Republic of Ireland
Despite this, support continued to:
• Suggest I was using the wrong website
• Claim my address contained “TA” (it does not)
• Redirect me to Amazon Germany
• Ask again which country I live in, even after stating “Ireland” multiple times
• Provide contradictory explanations about pricing and discounts
• Offer a 20% refund only after purchasing at full price from Amazon
🔁 Repetitive and Contradictory Responses
Throughout the email chain, I received:
• Repeated questions already answered
• Conflicting instructions
• Explanations that did not match the issue
• Advice to “verify my address format” even though the error was caused by their system, not my input
• A suggestion that my address was being flagged as outside Ireland due to “TA,” which is factually incorrect
At one point, support even asked again whether I was using the correct website—the same website link I had provided to them multiple times.
🛒 Impact on My Ability to Purchase
I own several Eufy products and had planned to purchase more, including the Indoor Cam S350.
However, the website error—combined with the lack of effective support—has prevented me from completing any order for over a month.
💬 Overall Experience
My confidence in the brand has been significantly damaged.
Instead of resolving a straightforward technical issue, support repeatedly redirected me, misunderstood the problem, and provided inconsistent information.
What I needed was:
• Acknowledgement of the website error
• Technical escalation to the appropriate team
• A clear resolution or workaround on the Irish website
What I received was:
• Repetition
• Incorrect assumptions
• Irrelevant instructions
• Requests to purchase from other countries
• No actual fix
⭐ Final Thoughts
Eufy makes excellent products, but the customer service experience has been frustrating, circular, and ineffective.
A company that sells smart home technology should be capable of resolving a basic checkout error on its own website—especially after weeks of communication.
I hope Eufy reviews this case internally, as the current level of support does not reflect the quality of the products they sell.
Eufy are not exactly a premium brand
Eufy are not exactly a premium brand, they have a track record of really bad customer service and lack of transparency when it comes to dealing with issues on their devices and services. If you’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Eufy, you will have come to expect automated emails that do not address your problems and issues.
Eufy also update their app and cameras slyly and then when things go wrong, they don’t acknowledge things are even broken. Like recently they pushed an update to the SoloCam S340 which rendered them useless bits of plastic. They would not accept fault, they gave no public announcement that they had caused this issue - it seems like they do not quality control any of their updates and that’s really bad for consumers who pay good money for what ends up being junk.
I have found the services that Eufy provide get worse and worse over the few years that I have used them. Their iOS and android apps are way too heavy in file size and fall over at every launch. The latency on viewing any live feeds be it away from home or over a LAN network is always hit and miss - with the vast amount being non-responsive cameras.
Eufy have a bad track record, you only have to look at a few years ago when it was announced that Eufy cameras could be hacked in to from outside. I think they’ve swung the pendulum full the other way so that now no-one can view the cameras - not even you the customer!
I’ve raised so many issues with their cameras and services that the automated responses just keep coming. They don’t care about their customer base, they are more interested in churning out badly designed cameras with even worse connectivity.
Final word - if you’re considering Eufy for security based on the fact that it’s non-subscription based, well please think again. They are not worth the hassle. I believe that because it’s non-subscription based, they can be lax about their connectivity because they don’t have to care because no-one’s paying for a continuous service. There are far better alternatives than Eufy. Please take my advice when I say after years of using their products, I have come to see Eufy go from bad to worse and what’s disappointing, is that they don’t care about you!
Avoid - impossible to get hold of spare parts
My robot vacuum cleaner has been made obsolete after less than 2 years, as Eufy has discontinued the spare parts. The brushes wear out quite regularly, so if you can't get spare parts the unit is useless. Eufy will only offer a discount on a second hand unit, so want me to buy another model instead of maintaining my existing one. It doesn't clean that well either!!!
I purchased one of their mop and vacuum…
I purchased one of their mop and vacuum units last year and it is a significant investment. The brand wasnt something that was well known to me and now there are a few in the market. But decided on this one due to good reviews, however, I didn't check trustpilot. But I guess it is my fault for listening to influencer reviews? As my unit seemed to lose some of its capabilities just over a year of very very light use. The battery would need constant charging and would only clean the room twice max before being depleted and screaming for another charge. Ridiculous. The customer service via email now just ignore my correspondence after basically just saying it happens. Excuse me, but you chatge over 600 for these units and 'it happens' is not what you expect from something that expensive to last less than 14 months. That is ridiculous. I will have to look into another brand after this one breakdown completely. Waste of hard earned money, which I regret giving them the benefit of doubt.
I purchased this about 8 wks ago moved…
I purchased this about 8 wks ago moved into my house shortly after that connected it up bought the eufy security video doorbell s220 for 180 euros in harvey norman .. it dosent connect 75% of the time it states it is off line i have to keep going out to move it or touch it continually this am saying off line yet the box inside is glowing blue and online emailed them and you can get no where!! Dont waste your money buy a 30 euro cam on amazon it has better monitoring facilities as this is the worst i have ever used for the price of it! Very disappointed
Returns fiasco
I purchased some cameras with the understanding of a 30 day money back return. I returned the cameras unopened a few days after they was delivered. I literally had to jump through hoops to ensure my return met the returns procedure. The items was returned at my cost next day delivery with a promise of refund within 5 days im now over 14 days since postage with no refund and keep getting fobbed off with the refund is on its way.
I would never purchase another item from this company extremely poor customer service. In my eyes 1 star is to good.
The best security camera system.
The security doorbells and cameras for your house are an excellent and reliable system for your home. I would recommend these products to future customers seeking affordable security solutions for their homes.
