Bought the Eurcerin anti redness cream to help cover my rosacea and after trying it twice my redness was worse than it's ever been. Dare not try it again and it cost £24 which is rubbish when it wrecked my slowly improving skin which I am now really struggling with.

Terrible Customer Service

I bought Eucerin's tinted sunscreen foundation and it was really awful - orange undertones and felt thick and sticky. I emailed them to see if I could return through them since I buy a lot of their other products (melasma and excema) and after sending me on the run-around getting them the model/serial and receipt; they didn't respond. They even just offered me a coupon (not a refund), without telling me how much the coupon was for, when I would have had to drive to the post office to do the return for them as well. I emailed three times trying to follow up with them and they just didn't respond.
Because of their lack of the most basic customer service, I'm no longer going to buy ANY of their products. I'd rather deal with a company that understands that they should be clear and upfront from the beginning and just answer their customer's inquiries with honest answers!

I bought Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Cream…

I bought Eucerin Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Cream and was truly in love with it as it works on my fragile sensitive eczema-prone skin. I accidentally bought Q10 Face Revitalize Daily Cream thinking it was the Anti-Wrinkle one given the ingredients are the same but soon found out the texture was a lot more lightweight and watery which wasn't suitable for me. Emailed Eucerin customer service but their rep Sam insisted they are the same products, a simple search can tell me that reviews on Amazon and Target showed that many users attested that they are not the same products!! I even suggested Sam to open both jars and notice the difference!!! I had high hopes for Eucerin but I guess being in the industry for more than 100 years they have become too complacent and arrogant to admit mistakes!

I'd say that a company's website's…

I'd say that a company's website's quality tells a lot about the company.
I bought their cleansing oil "atopi control bath and shower oil" for 20 euros. I have atopic skin and this product claimed its good for sensitive atopic skin.
After I used it, my skin felt immediately dry.
I didnt thought much of it and I tried again the next night. This time though - I got a very irritated, red skin (almost like after a strong acid peal) which hurted a lot.
I have a very strict skincare routine and this was the only new product I introduced.
They have a not-functioning, boring-looking,not well-made website.
...and I think their website reflects their products.

Eucerin Acute Lip Balm

I'm using the Eucerin lip balm for years for sun burned or hurting lips after a pharmacist recommended it and I'm very happy with it. Once i wasn't happy with a product i contacted the company and they offered to send me a replacement. So for me it's a good product and good service.

Change in formula in Anti-redness cream?

I have been using the Eucerin Anti Redness cream since 2018; I was quite happy with the cream until the last one I bought. I think something has changed with the formula as the new version of cream is not working well any more, and I regret as I bought two bottles, and worse is my skin is not as good as it is used to be.

Poor naming of products

I have used this product for many years. Repair cream and healing cream is a joke. One is a lotion and the other is a cream. Will be switching to a new brand because of the deceitful naming and screwing people over. The lotion is terrible. Lost my business.

I have severe eczema and for me…

I have severe eczema and for me personally I highly rate Eucerin. All the products I’ve tried are soothing, non irritating and do not cause my eczema to flare up. I’ve been using different Eucerin products for a number of years and so far not disappointed.

Don’t believe the hype.

After reading 5 star reviews on Boots of the day and night cream I decided to try them. I have combination skin and I’m 40. Both left my skin visibly drier with a thick layer of “something” that sat in the fine lines and actually enhanced them!
They were cheap but still a waste of money.

Amazing product

I cannot speak more highly of Eucerin skin lightening creams. I was becoming very distressed with a dark patch that had appeared on my cheek. I even visited my GP ...to no avail. As a last resort, I went to Boots Chemist, where a sales lady suggested I try Eucerin. After 2 months of daily use ,I began to notice some improvements. After another 2 months,I can honestly say the dark patch has reduced by 90%. I am a 60 year old Male.......a very happy one !! Many thanks to Eucerin .

Rubbish

Eucerin aquaphor guaranteed to help very dry skin. It didn't do a thing to help my dry skin. In fact my skin looked exactly the same after the use of Eucerin. Rubbish - and very expensive rubbish at that.
