Wrangler retro jeans poor quality already ripped above rear pocket after 6 months - better quality brands out there don’t purchase Wrangler retro jeans as they are not cheap. Have some Lee and Levi’s that are over 4 years old and still going strong

Wrangler.com has no "unsubscribe" in their SPAM emails or on their website. When I wrote to customer service I was told that I would have to download a form and email it to them to prove who I was!!
Dude, you just answered my email from the address that you spammed.
It doesn't make any sense. Total incompetence.
User's recommendation: I would NOT recommend.
Ordered 3 pairs of pants. 2 came that were the wrong size and color. My email stated what I ordered arrived which was untrue. Called customer service and was told I had to return what I got and in the meantime they’d send me the correct items, seemed fair. I needed these fast for an upcoming trip. Then got an email *24hrs later saying I wouldn’t get what I needed until I returned the items. Will never get it in time now. I suffer the loss of $ for their mistakes!! Don’t order from Wrangler!
Wrangler's return policy is terrible!
I bought a pair of "Wrangler® Five Star Premium Denim Regular Fit Jeans" at a good price ($20.22). But the jeans were a lot tighter than the previous pair I owned. So, I decided to return them. I printed out a label, packaged it and had to find a FedEx drop box. After a week or so I got my refund less Wrangler's fees. My refund - $4.24 (WOW!!!!!!!!!!!)
They sent me incorrect sized pants. Then want you to pay the shipping fee to return them. Awful company. I have always had wranglers for work pants but DO NOT PURCHASE then from the online store.
Ana was super helpful in helping me to track down a specific style I was looking to replace and even though the model was no longer produced provided me with a list of alternatives.

I bought jeans that were the wrong size, when I contacted Wrangler to send them back they couldn’t have been more helpful. I will now order the right size, I only wear Wrangler as it is a quality, reliable product.

Last time I buy from this store. They do not have goods in the Netherlands, they only send goods from the Czech Republic to pay less tax. The pants were delivered to me in 2 weeks (longer than the package from Temu, which came from Ci after a week and a half. The quality of the pants leaves much to be desired. After a few washes (at 30 ° C the color lightens, and whatever I keep in my apartment (wallet or phone), a lighter outline of the item is created. After a year the pants are to be thrown away and I will add that I bought 4 pairs so that I would not wear one all the time. After a year, 4 pairs to be thrown away. I thought it was because I bought these pants on Zalando. It turns out that the brand simply went bad. I do not recommend the quality of the pants or the waiting time for the shipment.

I have purchased 5 pair of your retro wrangler jeans and all 5 pair have rips right beside at least one of the rear pockets. It’s like the material is just coming apart.I have only had these jeans for 6 months or less. I have jeans from American Eagle that are 3 to 4 years old and are no where near close to having any tears. I plan to submit as many reviews as possible warning people of this poor quality!!!!!
This is my experience from Ireland. I studdied the site indept regarding the size, colour and strech I required. I ordered, paid and received on time as promised. Very pleased and have just ordered more items. Will report how this second order goes.

Aged 57, on Mounjaro, so loosing weight. Haven't fitted into nice jeans for years so I was over the moon to fit into a 36" waist.
Ordering was very easy and the jeans arrived in a good strong box. Will definitely be back.

I ordered th pant month ago with prepaid order but even after one month its was showing status only ordered then when I contacted from my end they saying that we are iut of stock. Till then no contact and even after the out of stock they do late the refund. Such a pathetic experience.
I bought some jeans. The quality seemed good but I did not like the style. They were returned immediately in January, dropped off at a parcel drop off, collected via a parcel delivery who confirmed it has been returned within 1-2 days. Its taken Wrangler a month to process and confirm receipt then they email to say they’ll pay me in 3-5 working days and to add insult to injury, they’re deducting £2 as a “refund processing fee”. Whilst I disagree with the processing fee, I can accept it if their customer service and refund process is immediate. To take a month and still charge a fee is an insult. I’ll think twice about ordering Wrangler and I hope you do too.
