Well you delivered me one part of my order and lost another one but in a way you are good eshop. Maybe better customer service like accesibility otherwise the help was amazing.

The items are great quality, as expected, but I believed the charger would have EU plug by default, and I was dissapointed that I could not order power banks.

Perfect Dock for any Handheld.
Simple sum, the device works as its supposed to and its great. Im happy with the product and have no issues with it whatsoever. My only complaint is that the cord which connects the dock to the device is a shorter than I would like it to be as I use Lenovo Legion 2 as my main computer and the cords from the corresponding attachments (Monitor, keyboard, Mouse & occasional printer) leave a mess on my desk which is a bit awkward personally. But outside of that? Anyone who wants to use their handheld as full-fledged pc, go for it!
