Good quality and good customer experience
Fast and efficient shipping to Greece. Excellent quality products. Bought several of these on a recommendation from a lighting shop and they are absolutely worth it. The bulbs are expensive but elevate and complement any fitting I've used them with.

Pros and Cons
Tala customer service is excellent. However, the shipping to Europe is not great as there is no time frame for the delivery and one has to be home the whole day in order to receive the parcel, which sometimes is very difficult. Also, after the telephone communication with the shipping company, it was arranged that the parcel would be delivered before 11:00 am. However, the parcel was delivered at 2:00pm. My friend who received the parcel lost more work hours.
