Penalty charges for returns. Inexperienced with customs.
Recently I purchased a clothing item from this site. Wish I read the reviews as their return policy is atrocious. I was charged more for the return than the item purchased. If I had known I’d never would have returned the item and resold it myself. For a high end store they need to get their act together. I’ve bought from Farfetch, MyTheresa, Flannels, OUTNET and direct from Stella McCartney and Prada and never had issues with full refunds on returns. All deliveries and returns were direct from Italy. This company is literally robbing you. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. You can purchase the same items at all the other high end websites. It’s not worth the pain.
