Genuinely impressed by the fast shipment, how well the packaging was made and the quality of the products.

Asked ChatGPT and was skeptical about the trustworthiness of the site but i decided to order it anyway. Saw the "shipment today for the orders ordered before 8pm" and ordered at 7.25pm – thought i was scammed for seeing the "completed" sign on top of the page. But after less than half an hour, it was SHIPPED. Then the very next day, it arrived at 4pm. Impressively fast shipment and delivery time. I bought Lattafa Khamrah-Qahwa and Maison Alhambra-Black Origami which are my everyday picks now. The website don't have a reviewing section so i just wanted to put this one out here for anyone with skepticism as i had once. Although the other buyers had issues with their orders(such as creams and other self care products from what i have seen so far) I haven't encountered any issue with my parcel. It was securely packaged and was filled with creased papers to avoid shock damaging the products within.
Highly recommend and will most likely order from them again.🔥🔥💝💝

I am extremely unhappy with the lack of good customer service and accountability of your company. Dealing with you, I feel scammed. It greatly damaged my health. I paid in full for my order immmedaitely after my purchase. You sent me small tube of random chemical useless cream in crampled second hand looking box instead of new box of my favourite 50ml perfume. Then you absolutely forced me to wake up 4 hours before I usually physically can wake up for the last 25 plus years, to go and queue at the nearest post office for another hour to post your useless secondhand looking all chemical cream back to you. Then after further 3 weeks of complete silence you suddenly send me a weird email saying my item is dispatched from USA (you cleverly didn't specify what particular item because your company has no accountability). You insisted I have to wait another 3 weeks or more and gave postage tracking link, which took me to my old postal order of over a month ago saying my order was delivered. Scammers! You owe me BIG money for unusually high blood pressure, panic attacks, sudden psoriasis, which I never had before and the loss of my health. I clearly said I want a refund in order to stop any further dealings with your completely unprofessional company. I lived for 63 years, love perfumes. I dealt with many companies including many resellers from eBay. I would not recommend dealing with completely unreliable time waisters Fragrance.com.
