We have ordered the same perfume on three consecutive times and have not been disappointed, great price, quick delivery and most important unlike purchasing it from other on line suppliers where the perfume was stale to the point was it the genuine article. This was definitely the genuine article !

Package never came and is probably lost. No answers from you guys
I’ve sent you guys an email because my order is stuck somewhere in northern italy (but very far from where I live so I can’t even go get it myself!!!) since the 3rd of April and isnt moving, can you check your emails and tell me what’s going on, I’ve tried contacting the carrier and they said they can’t find it and you guys aren’t answering me. My order number is 71000013480 and the tracking number I was given is 05135893610219.
Please help, I want a refund if my package isnt coming.
