I regret ordering from Filofax.
Two items from my order have not been shipped since January 17, 2026. There has been no update, no explanation, and no effort from the company to resolve the issue.
I have sent several emails to customer service and received absolutely no response. Being completely ignored as a paying customer is unacceptable.
The tracking information provided is also incorrect. Instead of a proper tracking number, I was given a copied link that does not work. This makes it impossible to follow the shipment and only adds to the frustration.
Delays can happen. Mistakes can happen. But ignoring customers and providing misleading tracking details shows a serious lack of professionalism.
I cannot recommend ordering directly from Filofax’s website based on this experience
