Really bad service! Don't buy anything at defacto. They lost my returned items and now i need to pay for them. They are not coming with a solution. Never buy again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a pair of jeans almost two months ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking is bullsht and I can’t login to my account anymore for some strange reason. I reached out to customer service twice for a refund and they keep giving me the runaround saying they have to get in touch with the shipping service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS SITE IS GARBAGE AND A SCAM !!

Fist and last time I'm ever buying there! Ordered boots for Back Friday, they were 50% off plus I had a 30% off code for subscribing to the newsletter. It's been over 3 weeks, the tracking was stuck in Austria for a while, and then I see it's getting returned to them! I asked their customer service and they said it's an "address issue" and they'll refund me. I wrote my address correctly! And the boots are now over 3 times the price I bought them for. They say they can't just ship the boots again. So the customer is being punished for their mistake. This company is a joke!!!

I bought jeans where the zipper is brocken, they only will give a discond code for €10, which is in no way compatible with EU law of defect items. I will never buy from them and can in no way recommend deFacto.

The quality is very low, purchased a purse coverd in yellow glue stains, purse was 10 euros but still..

This is the worst online shopping company ever, Its been more than a month since I returned a product and still I get stupid screenshots from customer services telling me that the product has not been collected from DPD.

Situation is as such;
1. bought a jacket and paid online
2. Jacket arrived after 4-5 days and immediately after testing repackaged and prepared for a return
3. Went on the website of Defacto and followed their instruction to return
4. Next day DPD courier arrived without any notice what so ever. Anyway courier picked-up package and since then its been more than a month.
5. contacted customer services multiple times and they try to waste your time by asking you to do their job for them. ask you for information over and over again

eventually after a month of back and forth emails, you are still at the same point. no refund and nothing useful.

NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM DEFACTO and I advice every online shopper NEVER BUY FROM DEFACTO, go to ZALANDO, SHEIN, ASOS these are a million times better.

Any online buyer that doesn't believe me, just write down your email and I personally send you all the contact emails I had with them and you will witness for yourself.
