The watch (gtr) wasn't what I wanted so I tried to return it. I emailed them on various different emails three times and they ignored them all. I had to give up in the end as I had no way of contacting them. Do not buy from them. Scam

Their customer service is genuinely shocking. They do not have any number you can call, there are about 3 different emails, and none of them respond. You have to request instructions as to how to return a product, and no answer will be given for ages. Beyond that, when your item is finally returned, no refund is given, and no explanation is given either. I have had to request a chargeback from my bank in order to get my money back.

This is not a good watch (Amazfit Balance) for night shift workers. You cannot adjust your sleep schedule properly, which ruins the HRV and recovery readings. When I sleep during the day, it thinks I am just taking a nap, and when I actually take a nap, it doesn't record it at all!

Customer service is a joke and they don't know what they are talking about and might try to retract what they have said before.
The whole 3 volume saga started over two months ago when I tried to purchase their product. My attempt failed. First, the payment was successful and confirmed but then I received an email saying that their "system rejected it". (??) Support only suggested to try a different card, different email. Fine, but with a different email I was not eligible for a first-time buyer discount but whatever - I can swallow that. The second failed the same way despite a different payment method and email.
After a longer while, I decided to try yet again but I had moved to a different country and had to ship the item to Latvia. There was no Latvia in the shipping list, although there were the neighboring Lithuania, Estonia. The support said they had updated the shipping destinations and now there was supposed to be Latvia, too. I tried ordering and surprise - Latvia WAS on the list, however, the product was no longer available...
I asked, what happened, they said - oh sorry, try Amazon. But on Amazon their products have a different price tag + extra shipping + no discount. Alternative was to wait for a month, and they would update me when the stock returns. Never happened, had to find it out myself. And surely enough the problem continued - Latvia again was not on the shipping destination list.
Support assured me that it is.
It was not.
Support suggested I get a help from a family member to place the order :D
That's when I made a screen recording on two devices to demonstrate that what they are telling is a lie and Latvia is not on the list.
Then they stopped responding.
After a while, I decided to inquire about the situation, and now they're saying that they have removed Latvia because of shipping problems. (??) But maybe I can ship it to a different country.
No sorries, no we'll figure it out, no here's a solution.
Let's break it down. I can't use the discount that they promote because it was used for the first payment that they later rejected and it cannot be reused. I can't pay with my cards/Paypal because their system rejects it. I can't ship the product to my address because they haven't solved their shipping problems.
I do not know how much patience they think I have, but having been through their bllsht for over two months, I can confidently say that they have shown their true standard of quality. Now they can go stick their product where the sun don't shine.

I placed an order directly on Amazfit’s website on December 15, choosing not to use Amazon in order to support the brand directly. That decision turned out to be a mistake.
The delivery was initially handled by DHL, marked as “recipient absent” on the scheduled delivery date, even though the address is a coworking space with reception open from 9am to 6pm and no delivery attempt was made. DHL later confirmed that the shipment had been transferred to another courier (CTT Express), without any prior notice or clear communication.
Since then, I have spent weeks trying to locate the package. CTT Express has been impossible to contact by phone, the tracking information does not work, no delivery attempt has been made, and no one has reached out to arrange a solution. More than three weeks later, I still have not received the product.
As someone with years of experience in e-commerce, I find this level of logistics coordination, customer support, and accountability completely unacceptable. A change of courier, no real delivery attempt, no contact, and no resolution is not a minor issue — it is a systemic failure.
This was meant to be a Christmas gift. It never arrived. At this point, I am still waiting for the product to exist in its physical form.
I would strongly advise future customers to think twice before ordering directly from this store. Marketplaces may charge commissions, but at least they ensure delivery and customer protection — something that was clearly missing here.

Watch a dead battery - no response
Bought a watch that had a dead battery and had to get money back via PayPal as they company simply has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They simply do not respond. These Chinese companies do not care about customer support. I will avoid this brand in future.

I purchased the amazefit helio strap and after a week of using it I realised it wasn't working properly, I contacted support who gave me basic troubleshooting guidance and after I insisted I wanted a refund, eventually caved in and gave me a return address, btw I had to pay for my return postage myself and they said they would apparently 'refund the postage amount to me' obviously they won't, but I needed to return the item regardless because it was faulty. It's been a week since I sent them my item and they've been radio silent, completely ignoring my emails. I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank and hopefully try to retrieve my money that way, but just a warning to avoid using their site and stick to ordering from Amazon where you can actually get support if you need it.

Do not buy from them on line directly, use Amazon. If you wan to return via Amazon, them no problem. If you want to return to Amazfit direct it's a nightmare. No response to five Emails. All I want to do is return an unwanted order. Purchase Amazfit product through Amazon before and if needed to return, very straight forward. My fault I guess as should have read all the other reviews regarding direct dealing. Will probably sell on via an online marketplace and take the hit.
Should not have to pay extra to charge your watch
Well I’ve just had delivery of my active 2 watch ready for Madrid hyrox on Thursday was really happy it turned up in time I leave tomorrow morning. What’s really mad me angry is this watch DOSE NOT WORK due to you not selling a charger with your watch. Who in right mind sells a smart watch without a charger in the box. As per normal anything to do with hyrox events it’s a rip off. Just unbelievable really. Should not have to pay extra to charge a smart watch.
Extremely Disappointed – Incomplete Replacement and No Response for 3 Weeks
I can't believe how many people are disappointed with this company.
I am extremely disappointed with Amazfit’s customer service. I sent my watch for a warranty replacement in perfect condition, including the original box, packaging, and charger. After waiting patiently, I received a replacement that arrived in a plastic bag, with no charger, no box, and the straps detached.
This is completely unacceptable for a product that cost £200, especially considering the care I took with my original watch.
I rely on my watch every day to monitor my heart and health, and due to my hearing loss, I depend on the vibrating alerts at night since I don’t always hear alarms. Being without a functional and complete device for weeks has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.
What is even worse is the lack of communication. I have emailed Amazfit multiple times over the last 3 weeks and have not received a single reply. No updates, no acknowledgement, nothing.
I expected much better from Amazfit. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am still waiting for a proper replacement with all accessories included, or a clear resolution.
I hope but I also doubt that this review finally gets someone’s attention, because the service so far has been shockingly poor.
And there is no way to call them. 3 emails and no reply from any of them.
AMAZing customer service
I recently sent my Amazfit Band 7 to Amazfit's UK repair centre (RMA) as the touch screen had stopped working after 2 years. I didn't really expect any response based on the negative reviews online regarding repair and support so imagine my surprise and delight to receive a brand new Amazfit Band 7 in the post today. "Amazing" customer service.

I would rate this company zero stars if I could.
I bought a GTS2e watch direct from Amazfit in March 2025.
In all I have had three watches from them, and none of them have worked. I returned the first and got a replacement almost by return of post.
When I returned the second watch there was a delay before I heard from them. Then they asked for proof of purchase, despite the fact that they already had it. After I'd sent the proof of purchase a further 3 times and written to customer support I suddenly got an e-mail to say a new watch was on the way. However, the third watch also didn't work and seemed to have the same problems as the second one I'd received, so I returned it again.
The Amazfit tracking page shows that the watch has been received, but I have heard nothing from them. I have e-mailed their support centre several times but have had no response. They have my money and my watch.
It seems to me that when it got to being 120 days since I first bought the watch and being no longer able to claim back the cost from my bank, that was the point at which I stopped getting any response. I would advise everybody not to deal with this company.
