Snotty , rude and arrogant
I called up and emailed for a viewing of a house several times over a week period and had no reply from this agency what so ever and was completely ignored . I think this estate agent discriminates and has preferred buyers. About a week later, I received the snottiest sounding voicemail to say 'we have had multiple viewings on this property already and then follow up to say it had sold. That's fantastic, well done as you clearly sold it to a connection or friend.
