I ordered a soldering station to a good price. It took a while before delivery but I have expected this since this soldering station was not so easy to find on the market.
Everything worked as expected.
I am an electronics engineer and I have a repair company in Copenhagen and Sweden, I ordered a component for the soldering iron (JBC) a month ago, and I have contacted them several times and there is no answer!! And today morning I sent them an email asking to cancel the order and return the money ..... !!!! It was a very bad experience and a waste of time, I think they don't have anything real but the website and they lost brokers ordering components from China and shipping them back to you and taking a currency on their order and nothing else.

I am very sorry we have failed to deliver your order. In the recent weeks we have had some supply chain issues and for items not available in our stock, the lead time has been temporarily extended, but our customer support has been very active in answering any questions from customers and informing about the delays. If we have missed you I apologize.
It seems we have now resolved the issues troubling our supply chain and will have deliveries as usual again from all our suppliers. Our main supplier base is in Europe and US so very few items coming from China.
I will look into your order and see what has happened.
