I’ve been contacted 2 years later by HMRC to state I owe £800 in tax.. turns out this payroll company never paid my tax and scammed me !! I’ve been trying for months to beg hold of any one and I’ve been loosing sleep on this.. come on here and it all adds up!!!

They did not pay my contributions to HM Revenue & NIN. Go and check your gov account! No one responsed on my complains.

Ive worked with an agency using this scum(scam) dogs luckily for only 5 weeks.
They stole all the tax, and insuranse deductions, and didnt pay them to HMRC.
Avoid any agency working with them, at any cost.

Horrendous experience with ET payroll, OPET Solutions or whatever they are calling themselves now.
Having to justify to HMRC that I didn't get paid £18,000 plus change in one week!
Hope HMRC hunt them down and prosecutes their backsides.
The innocent worker should be assured that their payroll service does their job, not rob them of their money.
I wonder if recruitment agencies are aware of these fraudulent drose on society are doing to their clients?

I am disappointed that the Agency I currently work for have decided to terminate their contract with ET Payroll.
Having changed payroll companies about 6 times in the last couple of years is not only frustrating for employees but totally unnecessary. Of the 6 payroll companies I’ve been paid through ET Payroll were by far the best.
I know exactly how much I’m earning, the password protected pay slips are really easy to understand, I’m paid on time and the staff are wonderful. Best thing is their prompt response when calling, I’ve never had to wait longer than a few seconds.
I’ve just tried calling the latest payroll company and have been on hold for the last ten minutes. Not a good start.

Wasn’t expecting a formal call to be so straight to the point, helpful and not to drag on. Any queries were answered, very happy with things going forward. Also the call advisor could not have been friendlier

THIS COMPANY IS HORRENDOUS.
They do not pay your tax, or pension and take the money. All of the below good reviews are fake by the employees. for your own sake I can not express enough not to work with this fraudulent company, They have been reported multiple times by me and other colleagues to anyone necessary. You are supposed to get paid on Fridays. No Surprise they do not pay you. I have spoken to people that worked for this company by finding them on LinkedIn, what they told me is shocking.. They don't even treat the employees well. the fact this company is still going on is disgusting, They just change the name of the business to try and hide the fact they are thieves PLEASE IGNORE THE GOOD REVIEWS AND FOCUS ON THE BAD AS THESE ARE THE REAL ONES, FOR EXAMPLE I HAVE ATTACHED ONE. We know who the owner is and he has done this before!
Millions are owed to Agency workers through unpaid benefits and taxes to HMRC.
*Agencies are advised to conduct their own Companies House searches and Act Accordingly!

I contacted ET to assist in providing old payslips previously stored but later lost on my computer.

Rebecca was able to locate and sent through all I had requested same day.
My enquire was handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner.

Be aware, these muppets are now operating as OPET Solutions Ltd - Umbrella (15550106 incorporated 09/03/24 ready for the tax year start, check companies house. They are now refusing to pay my wages. They have informed me they wont pay unless I sign a "contract", you are then email bombed by CREDAS. Check out Richard Anthony Davenport and Anna Elizabeth Read. They have a string of previous companies,
( OPRS, OPRG, ETP Compliance, Payroll Parent Consulting, and more), owing HMRC lots of employees tax. Avoid Taylor Stevenson Ltd or any companies using these muppets if you want to avoid a tax bill in future.

Isn't it funny how on Companies house for ET PAYROLL SERVICES LTD the books are due and conveniently the CEO has resigned but they are now trading under OPET SOLUTIONS LTD because these books aren'tdue until 2025... dont worry HMRC are all up to date with your current company name and all who are associated with the buisness. It won't be trading when you're behind bars.

For 9 months I have had my pension taken out of my salary, but they have not put this into my pension account. This is disgraceful and against the law, the ombudsman is well aware and I have been advised to take out a CCJ against ET Payroll which I will be doing tomorrow. This company or this director should be stricken off and not allowed to start up yet another company in a different name

Great service

Absolute dog crap payroll service. They actively take and invest your pension and tax contributions so make themselves money off of your wages. Additionally they owe me at least half a year's worth of pension contributions. Avoid at all costs if you can help it.
