Price of the fragrance decants are perfect! Love this company, especially for finding niche brands.
seriously underwhelming and terrible customer service. I don't even know how they stay in business. i only noticed browsing and not anyone even buying anything and I'm not surprised. The staff seemed annoyed that we were smelling perfumes and were reluctant to even give us blotters.
I have worn Molecule 01, purchased from Amazon, for the past several years. I was able to find it on Etiket at a lower price and kept it, unopened, until I finished my current bottle. Now, when I wear this Etiket fragrance , no one, including me, can smell it on me regardless of how much I use or how long it has been since I put it on. To have anyone smell the fragrance on me, I must use a tiny vial of the old fragrance that I carry in my purse. Etiket will not address the situation. Interestingly, all four of the sample vials of other fragrances that they sent me have very potent smells.
FRIGHTENED MY CHILDREN AND MADE US FEEL LIKE CRIMINALS. I was shopping with my kids, sister and her kids when Simon Tooley and Anne Marie Clune, the founder and store director respectively, ran up to us, with Simon saying loudly, “there are children touching things!” They accosted us and went up to our children, (who are between 17 months and 6 years old) and asked them, “looks like you’re having fun here at the Well…” in a passive aggressive manner. The way they hovered over them frightened them, and they stood there stunned and shocked. Then my 17 month old, who was napping in her stroller, woke up, saw them and cried, and Anne Marie said to my baby, in a passive aggressive sarcastic tone, “awww did we wake you? Did we scare you?”
They didn’t even address us parents. If they have an issue with children touching things, tell us, don’t frighten our children. The kids weren’t even causing a ruckus, they were with us and browsing quietly. Then Anne Marie sees the item in my hand, takes it from me and says, “do you want me to put it on the counter, looks like your hands are full.” Um, they weren’t. I could read between the lines and it was her basically saying, give it to me and get out. We were so disgusted we left. I was ready to drop $500 today but guess what, you lost a customer for life. Luckily for me I found the exact item I was holding on sale at Well.ca.
Amazing customer service and selection of products.
Extremely professional.
