Fantastic customer care from when we chose and ordered our electric blinds to Reegan's hard work fixing them. There was an initial problem with programming the supplier's remote control, but Reegan sent it back and programmed its replacement perfectly. Our blinds open and close on time every day. We're very pleased with them.

This company is dedicated, knowledgeable and has integrity. I had a problem with my Somphy remote control, because I’d not used it for a while and one of the batteries looked to have leaked. However, the Etienne owner cleaned it up, then took out his own laptop batteries and tried it and it worked. No charge, and he saved me nearly £400 for a new control. Thank you Etienne, not many retailers would bother to do that.

We had 4 large motorised Luxaflex Sonnette blinds fitted today by Jacob and Reegan. Professional and courteous young men, a clean and tidy job, considerate of their surroundings. Worth the wait for the blinds as delivery was delayed by Luxaflex who advised our original colour choice was being discontinued two weeks after placing the order. Only downside is lack of communication from Luxaflex on delivery dates but this does not detract from the excellent service offered by Etienne Blinds. Thank you Steve, Vicky, Jacob and Reegan, a great job by a great team at a great price!

Excellent price, fitting and service from the company and fitters. Polite and friendly fitting of a particularly large and difficult roof blind was done with care and attention. Recommend this company to anyone!

7-blinds fitted today. An excellent service that exceeded all expectations in every aspect. I was so impressed with Reagan who measured, advised on every aspect and then with Jacob fitted today. This company is highly organised, efficient, competitive, helpful and friendly.
Our small independent church recently purchased 9 roller blinds from Etienne and they were not only made ahead of time but were fitted in a morning.
They look fantastic!
Reagan was really helpful in ensuring the chains were exactly the correct height for our high windows and set up a remote control for the really high windows.
The boys tidied up and cleaned the window sills before they left and took all the rubbish away.

Great personal services from start to finish. From the staff in the shop to Regan and Jacob who fitted our new blind, we felt valued and really well looked after. This was our fourth purchase from Etienne having previously bought a whole series of roller blinds and internal shutters.

Great service from start to finish. From the initial measuring up to the final fitment everything was great. The two fitters were on site for two days as there were a lot of shutters to fit. They were professional at all times and answered any questions we had. We would thoroughly recommend Etienne.

From the ordering process to the fitting, the service provided by Etienne was excellent. We had two blinds fitted for kitchen and utility, both look great. The young man that fitted them (he also did the original measuring) was personable, capable and professional. We also found Etienne very reasonable considering their price included fitting. Would not hesitate to use again.

Roller Blinds fitted in kitchen and bathroom, fabulous wooden slatted shutter blinds fitted in office. Products superb and fitting staff second to none. I can really recommend this company for quality of product, price and fitting of same...Thank you Etienne!!

Just had our electric awning fitted after great presentation in shop. Fitters were very polite and efficient. Very happy with product and would recommend it.

I usually shop around for the cheapest product but find now that you usually get what you pay for but paying a higher price does not guarantee 5 star service. However with this company I can say I got value for money. The service in the shop, at time of measuring, advice and fitting was superb and is an example of how a business should run. I felt confident from my initial friendly contact with the lady in the shop that I was going to be well looked after and I was not disappointed. I am now convinced that it pays to spend a little more to get a quality product and fantastic service. Well done all.

Once again we asked Etienne to help us update our home with new kitchen and bathroom blinds. We’ve previously had several sets of curtains and accessories, roller blinds, Venetian blinds, and this time we’d gone for Luxaflex blinds. As always, the Etienne team have come up trumps and we are highly satisfied. Our fitter Reagan was friendly, helpful and efficient and wasted no time in getting on with the job. All done and dusted in the blink of an eye! He was very patient in showing us how to operate the blinds (very simple when you know how). And they look beautiful. Thanks so much Etienne. I have had Luxaflex Venetian blinds fitted to three bedroom windows today and they look beautiful. The Etienne showroom on Sheffield Road is extensive and we were welcomed by the owners . The fitter who came to measure was thorough and didn’t rush me at all and helped me decide on the colour . The two fitters today were polite , efficient and most importantly took care to protect my carpets. I would highly recommend this company.

Etienne Blinds did an excellent job fitting my electric awning above my patio a couple of years ago. They are a very professional, friendly and efficient company. Reegan has returned to fix a small design fault on my awning today and I received the same professional and friendly service from the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company - they do a very good job at a fair and reasonable price, and provide an excellent after sales service too. Well done!

I'm looking at my new blinds from Etienne and feeling very happy, they are beautiful. Their customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Stephen helped me select my blinds with patience and expertise, which resulted in me being confident with my choice. Reegan and Jacob were lovely and fitted the blinds with care and skill and had excellent attention to detail. They really wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me and they clearly explained how the automation/battery charging worked so I am now confident on that front. Etienne Curtains & Blinds supplied blinds for our conservatory, they are excellent couldn't be bettered. We are delighted with the blinds and the service we received. They were friendly & professional it was a pleasure doing business. They arrived on time & tidied up when they had finished. Would highly recommend them. This is the second time we have used this company.

I purchased 2 blinds and 2 shutters the quality of which is amazing.
But more importantly the service from me walking into the shop, the measuring up and the fitting was outstanding. The two lads that came to fit them took there shoes of had indoor shoes to put on.
They brought their own vacuum cleaner and took away all the packaging.
I will be recommending Etienne to everyone.

Huge thanks to Etienne. I'd bought a motorised blind from another supplier and it stopped working, but the supplier wanted silly money to come out and look at it. One of the Etienne team came out quickly and fixed it quickly. Wish I'd gone to Etienne in the first place now and definitely will next time!
