Great seats and communications from eTicketing

The seller sold the tickets we purchased on another site. The staff contacted us and offered us C level seats in lieu of the A tickets we purchased. They also offered a 30% refund. We did still get to the event but we were never given the refund we were promised.

Managed to get Steelers V Vikings tickets. Efficient service

The process worked, I got my tickets for the women's rugby quarter final match. I would give a 5 star review but the tickets arrived about 10 hours before the match. This would have been fine, but they had stated that they'd be sent 72 to 24 hours. I tried to call them, the phone number was dead. I emailed and received a reply telling me to wait and not to worry. Tbh, I thought I'd been scammed but all was well in the end.

Great! Ticket purchase was super easy and eticketing communicated very well. I didn’t understand why the price was in pounds though.

The experience was smooth and seamless. The tickets were delivered on time and the seats were great. Will us this service again for any future purchases in the UK.

Honest, easy, and convenient. Was a little hesitant since I wasn’t familiar with this site, but it worked out perfectly for the Steelers tickets we bought. Electronic tickets arrived via email 48 hours before the event.

I used Eticketing.co for same-day NFL tickets while in Dublin.

I didn’t receive the tickets until 20min before kickoff, so couldn’t get into the venue and to my seat until after the game had started.

Also, the tickets I was issued were in a completely different section than what I bought.

The sales/support team was not helpful and did not communicate well throughout.

They picked great seats for me. The wait for the tickets kind a made me anxious. But I sent a email and they got right back to me. Then I received my tickets a few hours later.

We purchased NFL tickets and had trouble downloading them. They were wonderful in helping me through the process. Would highly recommend them.

From the US. Bought 5 tickets for the Vikings vs Steelers game in Dublin. I was contacted by eticketing leading up the game to discuss seating arrangements for our party. The tickets were issued a couple days before the game. Everything went great.

Sells 350 AED ticket at 1430 AED for india vs pakistan match on Sep 14. When asked , calls themselves premium reseller, meaning scam people.

With 70% of stadium empty you can not cheat customers the way you have done.
Three day before you told will send tickets. Not sent on morning of the match also. Just 4 hours before you are sending the tickets.

I have booked 4 tickets for INDIA VS UAE ASIA CUP as 3 of my friends are coming from India . The match does not has any importance nor falls on the weekend holidays like Friday or Saturday or Sunday.
Total considering the premium tickets i have spent
AED - 2860+81.22+4.06 = AED 2945 (APR USD800) UK POUND 720.

Date of of the match is 10-September-2025 ( Wednesday)
They clearly mentioned that tickets will be issued 4 to 10 days before the match.
I was continuously following up for the tickets from 3rd of September every 24 hours but did not get the tickets So i was forced to Buy the PREMIUM TICKET BY PAYING APR AED 692( APR USD 188) as my friends were coming and it will be embarrassing.
I was waiting for the tickets from eticketing so i can sell the tickets they issue or i have purchased to others but they have never sent the tickets for such a non important match on working day.
till 10th september 11.51 local time apr 4 hours away from the start of the match.
Just 3-4 hours before they have sent the ticket that to at AED 300 ( APR USD 82 / UK POUND 74)
Charged amount apr USD 800
Tickets given worth USD 82
Almost 10 times the value and that too not given the tickets on time as per promised.
So not able to use the tickets also and i have used the ticket i have purchased on premium category.
Causing huge panic situation and financial losses.

When i went to stadium it was vacant by more that 45 to 55% ( Photos taken and attached for service providers purpose)

I request for reimbursement from the service provider for inconvenience and panic situation generated for that type of simple cricket match.

I have already sent mails to them on regular basis.

Ya it is good platform to buy the tickets and good service

Personal service and no problem getting through to speak to someone regarding tickets either by email or phone.

I panicked when I couldn't find my tickets especially when they are only given out a short few days before the event. But they were in my Spam e-mail. But e-tickets responded by sending me a further e-mail with the tickets, all in time for the match.

No problem getting tickets all good
