My order arrived with stains on it so I contacted customer support and got one email response and then nothing after. The bedding itself is ok, but not worth the price. They have annoyingly large labels on the items and I don't believe the claims that its better temperature regulating.
Edit: I have changed my review to 4 stars as my issue has now been resolved

It’s the first time I’ve tried a silk pillowcase and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, super soft, keeping me cool at night, only after using a few times I’ve noticed my hair doesn’t tangle as much and my skin has less breakouts, Amazing super happy and good for the planet ya x

My new go-to beddings brand! Increased quality of sleep, and very comfortable. I also appreciate the sustainability aspect of the product.

The product does what its says on the packet! I have bought a couple of times their products all excellent and knowingly purchased from an ethical source and an ethical company.

After another night of waking up with neck pain, I rage bought a full set of pillows and cases/covers.

Oh lord, are they good. The quality alone would get 5*s. I got in touch after my order shipped to change something, and customer support sorted it out fantastically.

Arrived really quickly, packaged nicely, lovely cool and soft bed linen and the fitted sheet is deep enough for our topperAlso washed well and dried quickly in low heat tumble drier. Thank you so much

Poor customer service. No one took the time to try and help me on the chat line and there is no phone number. I think if I had been able to speak to someone in the first 24 hours I wouldn’t be so frustrated. It’s been a week now and I still do not feel that the team has made the effort to actually understand my complaint.

Delivery was fine and so was communication. However, there was a problem with my order and I sent a “chat message”. After 3 days I gave up that I would ever receive a response and so started a return request. I had an acknowledgment of my return request, but nothing further. So I am still waiting after 24 hours and have had to send yet another email to chase a response. I have now received a flurry of chat messages and emails. It is clear that the company is struggling to keep up with demand and they are really stretched. They have now addressed my problem and offered a swap for the unsuitable item. I am encouraged that we are moving in the right direction. I have now modified my rating to a three. I will update again when everything is resolved. The problem was resolved eventually and i truly believe this was a capacity issue rather than anything more serious. I think the company is simply overstretched.

Got the medium/firm pillow and doubt it'll actually be good for side sleepers but turns out it really is!

The duvet is divine. It’s so silky and cool I struggle to leave my bed in the mornings! I now also have the body pillow. I will never want to share my bed ever again now 😁
