ETFmatic closed my GBP account with no warning (a lot of their emails are conveniently sent to "spam" or not received, they never call to confirm") and I lost 3k. Have just closed the EUR account also as they are not reliable and can close your account at any time - likely to make a loss.

After aquisition of Aion bank, looks like they want to shutdown service. Currently they stopped to accept new fund topups in etdfmatic app, with very cryptic communication, what comes next. Probably alll clients will need to sell off and accounts will be closed soon. Sad.

ETFmatic works!

Started investing in June.2020 and 2 years later I am still very pleased with the platform and the performance of my portfolio: over 27% return since inception, throughout covid, etc.

EtfMatic is an easy to use European Robo Advisor.
Now it is owned by a Belgian entity, so it is entirely based in the EU which simplifies tax procedures.

For me it was a clear option since they allowed to create accounts in Portugal and had the lowest fees, more than 1 year investing and I have nothing to complain regarding customer service, easiness to understand where my money was etc
