I have been relying on ES to keep my online life safe and secure, and they've done a pretty good job! But...

I would rate them at four stars because, while they have been great overall, there's always room for improvement, right? They have helped me fend off potential cyber threats and sleep a little easier at night knowing my personal information is safe....
!! However there have been a few times when it took a bit longer to get in touch with them or when I wished they could've responded faster during those nerve-wracking moments.

Hey folks, I've got to give a shout-out to those multi-factor authentication choices and the encryption bits – they're adding a nice extra layer of security, which is pretty cool! I'm really chuffed with the product, but I'm keeping that last star in my pocket for future tweaks. I reckon with a bit more polishing and maybe some extra bells and whistles, this product could easily snag a perfect five-star rating. I'd definitely give it a thumbs up and suggest it to anyone after some solid protection 👀👀

I purchased the protection service which appeared a bit pricey considering its functionality but the user experience is excellent.

Additionally having a trial period for some products would be highly appreciated.

They gotta get their act together and respond faster when I need stuff. Seriously it can totally change the game. The first manager might've been a bit off, but no complaints about how rad the product is.

recently I purchased a cloud security for my pc here and I must say it has been an excellent investment! for just €50 this software provides not bad protection and peace of mind. I was pleasantly surprised by how little system resources this software consumes. it runs seamlessly in the background without causing any noticeable slowdown or interruptions during my daily activities. I'll keep an eye on how often updates come....

p.s. for instance I'd love to see additional features such as a vpn or a password manager bundled into it to enhance the overall security experience.

Just started using it and noticed a slight difference with the last one protection, but I can't yet decide if it is a good one. If I like it for other weeks, I will certainly rate it higher than three stars.

the assistance provided was excellent...... but the chat feature could be further optimized for android devices..... specifically.... the text input box does not respond well to the phone's keyboard..... causing the typed text to be hidden and making it challenging to interact smoothly.....

Would it be possible to bring back the previous payment method??? I found using apple pay for my last purchase to be more favourable due to the absence of commission fees., The current payment system however requires me to pay a 3rd-party service which adds extra costs. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take this into consideration. Thanks in advance :)
