Would avoid for customer service. I purchased a half booster pack this morning before deciding I wanted to cancel and save the money. I purchased through Shopify which states the refund policy is for the full amount. I contacted Nathan who referred me to the stores online policy, which is different to Shopify, stating they will take 10% off the refund price due to it being a popular set. I then stated the Shopify policy to Nathan who implied I wasn't a normal human because I had decided to cancel my order 15-20 minutes after placing it. Since a few emails back and forth he agreed to a "full refund minus their fees" which equates to around 3.70. I'm not sure is this entirely legal but it's definitely left a sour taste in the mouth.
EDIT in response to the owner's comment. The audacity to call me someone who uses a bot is hilarious. Firstly, I requested to cancel 11 minutes after I placed the order - which is absolutely a fair amount of time to ponder how much I had spent that morning and thought probably best I don't spend any money. Secondly - what evidence does the owner have that I have used a botting program? I received an email saying they had stock to sell, I clicked the link, purchased and then shortly asked for a full refund. I actually have zero idea on how to use any sort of bot and I was just quite simply a customer looking to open some cards that made a bad decision and wanted to remedy the purchase. Terrible how the business takes out their frustrations on the customer.

On behalf of our business and every genuine collector, player and Pokemon fan, I will state again we do not condone the use of bots to steal popular stock from genuine collectors, which you then cancel when you can't resell it online for more, all at the expense of a small business.
It's not normal purchasing behaviour to buy something and request a refund 3 minutes later. You're using automated software to beat genuine collectors to the buy button, then afterwards deciding whether you actually want it or not. That leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
We will continue every effort we can to combat your behaviour.
Genuine collectors, hobbyists and fans can see our track record here on TrustPilot. It's that small, entitled subset of people like you who've swept into Pokemon that are spoiling it for everyone else.
EDIT - One look at the reviews you've left here on TrustPilot for mulitple other businesses tells me all I need to know. If you keep having 'horrible' experiences, maybe recognise the common denominator is you.
