Communication was excellent

If it wasn’t for all the split shipments on my orders, it would easily be a 5-star experience. They split my orders into many separate packages—sometimes shipping just a single filament roll on its own—which made it a bit confusing to track what I had received and what was still on the way.

Aside from that, the communication from the store was excellent. There was only one small issue with a wrong filament, and they corrected it right away with no hassle and handled it very professionally. Keep up the good work.
